Music and mindfulness are great companions - why not drop into the Liszt Academy for some music therapy if you are suffering from depression or chronic illness - we can help you by listening to wonderful music while comfy in giant bean bags ! Every last Thursday of the month from 7-8pm - and it's free !

Music is the food for the soul - so whether you want to learn the piano, saxophone, singing or any instrument you will never be lonely with music in your life.
