Your pizza is spectacular, the taste goes beyond imagination and completely reflects the real Italian pizza. The fennel sausage is original and the umbrella of choice is huge. Went tonight to little wings in Ann street belfast tonight for my son's birthday. Had to wait 10 mins on a table which didn't matter as it was worth the wait. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The pizza was amazing freshly made we got the 24 inch pizza between 2 adults and 3 kids. Fantastic value for money I will definitely be back again

We held my son Henrys 6th Birthday Party here in the Lisburn Sq branch today and what a party it was ��� The whole experience from start to finish was 5star. My little boy and his friends and family all loved it and enjoyed the whole thing. The food was delicious the process is brilliant and your staff are fantastic with all the kids. I have to give a special mention to Orla who lead the whole thing. She is fantastic and so friendly to everyone she is an asset to the company. We will definitely be recommending the party to everyone so thank you again for making our little boys party perfect ����

We have recently just discovered Little Wings in Ards ... on our second visit last night and actually on out first as well the staff were excellent very attentive and quick service, food was amazing, excellent value and having an autistic son who is very fussy about his food & were he eats he absolutely loves it here, so no doubt plenty more visits !!

We had the most amazing night at, little wing, Ann Street, last night. From the minute we stepped through the door until we left, we were met with the warmest welcome and fabulous service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. We got a table within 10 mins. Service was fast and efficient. Food arrived piping hot. So tasty. We had two 24 inch pizzas between 7. We struggled near the end but we finished them, along with 2 portions of dough balls, two bottles of wine, two bottles of water, a sprite, 5 chocolate cups, 2 tiramisu, 4 coffees, 1 tea and a red velvet birthday cake. Can I give an honorable mention to the very lovely Michael, who's smile never wavered all night. This young man was such a lovely host and is a credit to the little wing name. He shared banter and joined in with our birthday fun all evening. I highly recommend little wing to anyone who is looking for a great Italian dining experience. Outstanding all the way.

We had my 7 year old’s birthday party at Little Wing, Lisburn Square this morning. The staff were excellent with the kids, and couldn’t have been more helpful. The kids had a ball, and demolished the dough sticks, pizza, ice cream, and hot chocolates. Thank-you Little Wing for a fantastic party!

Took my niece to Little Wing in Lisburn today. She is vegan and they had a great range of vegan pizzas for her to choose from. She loved it and even had desert. Thanks!!

My two oldest friends and I spent a lovely Friday night in ards! First time there. We were well looked after and even though we spent nearly 5 hours at our table enjoying catch up food and a few drinks we were welcome to stay. Good surroundings great service and good atmosphere

I can never fault this place. Impeccable service every single time I go. The manager is an absolute gentleman, busy time because of Christmas and the service was still out of this world. You should all be very proud of yourselves. Merry Christmas

Had the Most Efficient liveliest happiest waiting service Ever today at Little Wings, Ann Street Belfast. This wonderful young guy was....Michael McQuade! He really deserves a big recognition for his hard work and enthusiasm. So pleasant and created a wonderful experience for my son & I, and other customers at the same time. Thought he was ‘The Manager’ as could not seriously do Enough for us all! Well done Michael ��� Nicola & Stefan Paryag (wearing Spanish kit...no cheese only little tomato sauce �!!) who has a list of allergies and dislikes CHEESE on pizza � ��!! Family of 4 went to the Belfast restaurant on the strength of good reviews and ratings and we were not disappointed. Excellent brushetta and pizza and kids ate up all theirs too. The early week deal (main, dessert or starter, drink for £13.95) was great value. Service was very good.

I have sustained a burn due to hot food. When my order was brought to me I wasn't made aware that the content in my calzone is hot to the extent that it burns to the extent where it gives you blister. Filling had dripped on the side of my face and caused me a burn. Which I noticed only when I arrived at work.

Went to Newtownards yesterday for lunch and only two tables seated when we arrived, we then waited well over an hour for our lunch to arrive and then were told by the waitress ‘sorry for your wee wait’... thanks for that, our ‘wee’ wait resulted in us being late back to work and having to take the pizzas with us in takeaway boxes to eat, not impressed, I wouldn’t like to be waiting on food if the restaurant had been seated to capacity.

Very poor service in newtownards branch place was empty no other people in but still waited half hour from starter til pizza came etc and hubby ordered chilli one but said was tasteless sorry won’t b back

Was told my takeaway order would take 40 minutes when called it in. When I arrived to collect it - was told that it wasn't even in the oven and it would be 10 more minutes. Promptly paid trusting that is all it would take when i heard them only starting to make the pizza up. 10 minutes later i'm still sitting here with people being told o we are really busy!!!



Overheard a female member of staff say after she had spoken to a customer that'll be on facebook later. Maybe but i've beaten you to it!

I took my family to the Lisburn Littlewing last week. The food was good, but could have been much much better had the service not been atrocious. Staff were pretty much ignoring us, too busy chatting to each other. The kids wanted the dessert that came with their meal, but after waiting 10-15 minutes where no one came near us, we got up, paid and left. It’s enough for me and my family to say we won’t be back.

Had dinner at the Newtownards restaurant last week. First of all we had to wait 30 mins for a table which I don't mind but there were empty tables when we arrived and they couldn't have been reserved because I had phoned a couple of hours before and the guy said it was first come, first served. Anyway, we let it slide.



We then get to our table and try to order our meal to be told that we would have to wait an hour if we wanted a 24" pizza as someone had made a telephone order of four 24" pizzas. Surely if the place is a takeaway and a restaurant, you would have several ovens on the go to cope with heavy orders, both for takeaways and the restaurant.



So we actually order something. Two 11" pepperoni pizzas both red onion. We got our pizzas and both were without red onion and with peppers instead. We mentioned it to the guy who brought us our pizzas and his words he said "I can go and start an investigation". No need as I can tell you exactly what happened. The waitress who took our order got it wrong. Simple as that.



I do have something positive to say though. The food was lovely. I did enjoy it but you seriously need a new plan to deal with a high volume of customers to ensure people get what they want within a decent timeframe.

Reviewing Lisburn branch... really desperately slow. We appreciate we arrived at 7pm on a Saturday evening but we were told 35 min wait, waited over an hr to get a seat and then a further hour to actually receive our pizza!

The wait for the plates to be cleared, to order coffee, everything. Nobody came by to check we needed anything. Had to try and attract staff's attention ourselves multiple times.

Staff seemed to busy themselves doing anything but serving customers, for example cleaning windows!! In the dark?! Over 3 hrs all in!!

Had first visit to little wing in Lisburn, first week it opened. The service was terrible but food was good and made the experience okay. Today I went back with my friend and 2 young kids. We arrived early at 12pm as we were very hungry. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so thought this should be much better experience today. Upon entering we were ignored, we the asked to have a seat at the window and a worker said ok. We sat for ten minutes and no one approached so I had to go ask for menus. Then we had to ask again to order, as we were further ignored. We then waited 50 minutes to be served our food, which was very difficult because of my hungry children. The food arrived and we were asked if we wanted Parmesan cheese? We said yes and when it was brought over , my friend went to pour some out , when he noticed a large blue bottle fly inside pourer. We asked to have it taken back. Then after we finished our pizza, we were needing desert as was part of our two course deal. Yet again this was a further unprofessional insult to service in a eating establishment. We had to ask for desert menu at counter, and go up again to order after we had decided on our order. We waited a further 15 minutes for our dessert. We had ordered coffees which never came with our dessert and to actually have to go in the end. We left the place around 2pm . The whole experience was stressful and we felt like a burden being there. There is plenty of staff on premises, but they don't seem to care what their doing or have idea on how serving the customer is done. So disappointed and annoyed by it all.
