I visited the Live Well Clinic for a leg length check & posture alignment session called KCR I am in training for the Dublin Marathon and am keen to try anything that will help with my prep & recovery. I found the session very informative as well as extremely relaxing & would highly recommend to any sports participants who want to feel confident & ready to take on their challenge. I look forward to further sessions and even more so to crossing that finish line upright & in 1 piece!
