Thanks to all the staff at The Vecchia Roma and The Lough & Quay for a wonderful night last night. Our party of 13 people had a great meal with fantastic service. Staff were very attentive, obliging and helped us out with some surprises for the birthday girl. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to return.
Thank you to noelle and her staff for a great evening, which took an unexpected turn when we won 'burn your bill' competition. The beautiful food, friendly staff and atmosphere was second to none. And as a family with a young child we were delighted to see that the lough and quay now have a small kids play area which was fantastic for keeping the little one occupied as we enjoyed the atmosphere and coffee. Most definitely will be back. Thanks again ��
Spent this evening in the Lough & Quay for food & drinks...Service from our waitress Grace was superb, kitchen staff accommodated a vegetarian request not on the menu with no hesitation. Our food was beautiful, hot and so tasty..to wash it all down my Red Chilean wine was devine....needless to say we left two very happy chappies....Thank you guys..
Really loved staying here with the family, the children loved it and so did the oldies. The rooms are beautiful and the food � well I can only say it was amazingly scrumptious, something for everyone even gluten free stuff. We arrived early and was welcomed in with a beautiful breakfast and a wonderful warming smile � by the staff. The family love it so much they are coming back again in August for the 3rd time this year. Thank you for an amazing stay and I will definitely be booking very very soon. ����
Midterm movie night was an absolute hit. The adults got to eat in peace and the kids got to watch a new movie. There wasn't a peep out of them for a whole hour. Such a great idea! Obviously a very well-run family-orientated business. ���� Can't wait for the next one!

Just want to say a massive thanks to Edel and Desie for making our stay special the night before our wedding, from we arrived till we left the following morning we wanted for nothing, from all the wee touches in the bedroom to the red carpet leaving it was just amazing, thank you so much. It was the perfect start to what was the perfect day! From Cara, myself and the girls.... Thank you!!!!!!!
I cannot thank Lough & Quay enough for the fantastic food, service and hospitality shown to us! From my first contact with Monika, to finalising with Noelle, to the exceptional service from Stephen, Kevin and Sean on the night it was absolutely brilliant and we will def be back............as will all of our friends who loved it as much as we did!!! Thank again and we'll see you all again soon

Nothing was a problem and they went out of their way to sort us out.
The order was taking and the food was absolutely perfect in every way,full of flavour,cooked to perfection and above all priced perfectly.
When most restaurants are putting their prices up on days like Mothers Day,the Lough and Quay looked after their customers.
Well done to everyone it was a pleasure and you deserve every success with your business.
Had the second day of my birthday in the L & K yesterday afternoon. We had a lovely day, listened to the group who were fabulous. Had a few drinks and a lovely meal. Then to top it off i was presented with a bottle of Procecca. Such a lovely touch. Thanks again. X
Had the most amazing seafood pizza tonight the base was class and no shortage of seafood.Well done fully deserved 5 stars
Had my daughter's christening at the Lough and quay. The staff and owners were brilliant. Matthew the bar man was great. The day was perfect and they did everything for us so we could totally relax and enjoy the day. Highly recommended. Thank you Sean and Lena and all the staff. You made our day a day to remember.

Every restaurant is as good as it's chefs, therefore chefs in lough and Quay well done. As for waiting staff, they are all very friendly and helpful, but every customer should get the Ross McShane (waiter) treatment. Just a lovely young man who has a special knack for making the customer feel special. His manners, personality and attention to detail make each dining experience an absolute pleasure. I know I am not the only customer who feels this way as a friend of mine was raving about what a lovely young man Ross is and what an absolute pleasure it was to be waited on by him at the Lough and Quay. Therefore, Ross just keep being you. I hope your employers realise what a treasure they have working in their restaurant.
6 of us in last night and everything was bang on. I had the Surf and Turf special and for £15.95 it was perfect. Thanks for another great feed
Called in here tonight for food and the service was appalling, completely forgot a full meal off our table and left me sat with nothing whilst the rest of the table ate theirs. The waiter claimed it must of been a lost docket when we all ordered together and he wrote it all down on one docket. Such a shame as the rest of the food looked amazing, needless to say I won’t be returning.
