We got a Tomy high sleeper delivered and installed by Ryan. An absolute gentleman so efficient and friendly. Our daughter is delighted with the bed. Couldn’t recommend this company enough and Ryan is s legend :)

Very efficient service from the day I ordered it I received an email confirming my order and it gave me a time scale for delivery which was 2 days later. On the day of delivery I received a message from Marcos saying delivery was on its way! Overall a first class service and I am delighted with my purchase much better than the pic showed. Thankyou

Placed my order over the telephone for a double ottoman bed and I was able to select which day it was to be delivered so I could be in for the delivery, received an email to confirm the date and time and 1 hour before delivery got a text to say they were near by, fantastic service and Marcos was very helpful bring the bed into the room. Furniture arrived today!! Sofas, bed, kitchen table and nest of tables! Everything is perfect. Ryan and Nathan did an amazing job putting everything in place exactly. The delivery guys john and the other guy were 2 great guys went out of there way 2 help but had 2 have the sofa took away 2 times and was left without a sofa 4 my disabled daughter 2 set on and i did make it clear i need it back 4 here comeing from day center and i have ph them and a have not got as much as a apology 4 the distress it caused my daughter

Would give zero stars if possible ordered a sofa at the start of October and was told 3-4 weeks. After this time we rang up and were told it wasn’t on the delivery and would be here the following week, rang a week later and was told the same thing and this has went on for 8 weeks! Called into the shop twice to be greeted with not even an apology and what seemed like staff that didn’t give a shit on both occasions and asked “do you want to cancel it?” Was also told they have a delivery mid December but they couldn’t guarantee it will be here then either! Therefore would probably have been continuing to break our backs on sun loungers over Christmas.

Called this evening for our money back and again not even an apology! Joke of a company don’t waste your time

Wish I could give it zero stars waiting on a bunk bed being delivered today for my daughters birthday as a surprise for her paid for assembly also to ring this morning to be told won’t deliver today as they’re short on drivers would be tomorrow ! Also orderd a rug with the order for her room to be told they didn’t collect it on Friday so be next week before I got that !, needed it for today as I said many times when I was on the phone and over paying it off so I got a van and went over to get it myself to then Bring it home and the boxes r all damaged and wood broke in half rang them they were able to bring me over a new bed and no one to assemble it I’ve had to pay someone else to come out and try and put the bed up before my 7 year old got home from her dads , still trying to put it up , absolutely fuming , update finally after such a stressful day yesterday Ryan the delivery man came out and put the bed up with no hassle such a lovely man and credit to the company

Ordered and paid deposit 7th July and told kids new beds coming. they were to be delivered and built tomorrow 13th August. Just phoned last week to make sure all was okay and I was then told they are out of stock. they didn't contact me if I had not phoned I would not have known. They took an order for a different bed but nearly the same was to be here for tomorrow so kids wouldn't be disappointed I again rang yesterday to make sure all was on track. But once again out of stock. Such a waste of time and kids crying no beds. Mr McKenna will not even speak to you not a way to run a business. BAD COMPANY
