6 claw setting or 4 claw setting? A 6 claw setting commonly uses lighter and thinner claws in order to reduce the area where claws cover the diamond. When six evenly-spaced claws are placed on a round diamond, they form a hexagonal shape. This makes the diamond look rounder and creates the illusion of a larger stone, when viewed from a distance. When selling pieces the staff are friendly and enthusiastic but not pushy; I’ve bought big items like my engagement ring and my husband’s Breitling there, but also smaller pieces and the staff never treat you any differently. I had my bracelet in Queens Arcade today after breaking the clasp, and Jacqueline was an absolute joy to deal with- hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had- she has won you a customer for life!

What a fantastic experience I had in Lunns.Emma was amazing, Her customer service was excellent an she helped me pick my Cartier watch which I’m delighted with.I will return to Lunns an I will highly recommend it.

My now husband bought my beautiful emerald cut diamond and platinum engagement ring from the Victoria Square store. I love my ring and was so impressed with my husbands taste. We got married in Italy last June and bought our wedding rings there too. The staff are so helpful and very attentive. My husband also bought me a stunning eternity ring for Christmas, again from the Victoria Square store. I honestly can not recommend Lunn's enough. Our experience from start to finish was first class.

I recently visited the Queen's Arcade store and I am so happy with the service I received. Emma was so helpful and when I told her my husband was getting me a new engagement ring for my 30th Birthday she gave me a bottle of Champagne to celebrate. I am so happy with my new ring, it's beautiful and the quality is outstanding!

I have recently got engaged and my fiancé purchased my ring from Lunns. My ring was slightly too big and therefore I had to get it resized. I contacted Lunns and was speaking with an extremely helpful member of staff, Jessica. Jessica arranged for me to leave my ring in on Friday to have it resized and returned to me the following day. I called with my friend to collect my ring and we had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica again. Jessica was extremely helpful in finding the perfect wedding ring to match my engagement ring and spending time going through various rings with us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially as my fiancé went and chose my ring himself it was my first experience dealing with Lunns and Jessica made the whole experience very special. A very pleasant and lovely saturday afternoon spent in Lunns with wonderful staff! Highly recommend Lunns to everyone .

After having a horrendous experience with an engagement ring with Ernest Jones (which is still ongoing), my fiancé and me decided to go to Lunns. We found a beautiful ring online on Saturday and reserved it for viewing in the Queen's Arcade store (as a kid, I used to be fascinated by the vintage jewellery window). It was transferred from Derry and arrived Tuesday. We went in on Wednesday morning and the staff were more than courteous, welcoming and friendly. Gavin who assisted us was patient and answered all of our questions while making us feel relaxed, especially with such an important purchase. The ring itself is beyond stunning and truly breathtaking to see in life compared to online and the extra details such as the beautiful presentation box, diamond certificate and lifetime cleaning add massively to the whole experience. I will definitely be back for our wedding bands and I want to say a massive thank you for taking a massively upsetting and stressful situation for me and fiancé and making it memorable for the right reasons. Thank you! �
