Wonderful surroundings. Had a ring for sale and had been recommended to ask as they have a large preowned department
A cursory glance, at the ring looked me up and down, and clear no, we wouldnt be interested. No warmth.
My intention was to trade this for a better set emerald.
Felt as though I'd left a smell in the place.
My substantial inheritance money will not be spent there. Too judgemental.

Felt very well looked after. You know you're getting a good product with good aftercare

visited lunns at queens arcade today to pick up my new rolex explorer , i traded in my watch and was offered a fair price for it, i have bought many watches from lunns in the past and always been treated fairly , the staff are more than willing to give good advice and spend time showing several watches in a relaxed atmosphere should you buy or not , so well done lunns for a very professional service.

Nice store with good location, but not value for money whatsoever, probably catering to a higher end market, but they couldn't have made that any clearer with an intimidating attitude from staff and atmosphere as soon as me and my girlfriend entered the store.
