Wonderful place! Friendly people and amazing products. I am extremaly happy with shampoo and Gardener soap, and my daughter had fun with Intergalactic bath bomb. I will definitely return for more!

What an amazing shop!!!



Today myself and my husband along with our two daughters (12/8) visited the Belfast store. My eldest daughter was shown an amazing face mask called “oatibix” by an employee called Hannah, and fell in love (as they do at that age lol), however she realised that she didn’t have enough pocket money to get it and informed Hannah that she would have to come back another day to get it and left the shop.......!

Hannah follows my daughter out of the shop maybe 30 secs after and informs her that lush employees are allowed to perform “random acts of kindness “ and that today... my daughter was her choice for said act, and gave her the face-mask for free!!!!

To say she was overjoyed is the tip of the iceberg.... in-fact its all we heard about for the rest of the day in between ideas of how she could do the same for others!

Well done lush (and Hannah), life lessons and bath bombs in the same store ..... what more can you ask for? #amazingcustomercare

Went into lush for a wee pick me up (I needed it after a bad week) and the lovely Sinead helped me pick lots of goodies, some to cheer me up and some to help me get a good nights sleep. She even gifted me a bathbomb as her treat which was so so unexpected and kind. Thanks so much Sinead for making my day (& the rest of the staff for always being helpful and kind) xx

Went in to Lush today to treat myself to a few things. A member of staff named Jacob, helped me pick out products that suited my needs and even after a little mishap with some hair treatments he honestly gave such great customer service and I left the store feeling amazing and will deffs be back! Honestly can’t praise how lovely Jacob was!

Took my little sister into Lush for first time last Thursday after a physiotherapy session she had following leg reconstruction. Want to give a very special thank you to Katie who turned her tough day into a great one by helping her select certain products and even threw in a special gift. Definitely the best service i've experienced. The staff in general were very helpful and she can't wait to visit store again.

Today I visited lush Belfast in the hopes of finding something to perfect my bath on this snowy day! When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Bethy. She offered to show me the wonderful new collection of products!



Bethy talked with me like I was an old friend She was so genuine and pleasant that I wasn't aware of how long I had actually spent inside the store!!! After many magical demonstrations and scents of all sorts I decided to make the difficult decision and select my bath products! Bethy then picked my favourite and told me that she was giving it to me for free as a random act of kindness!



Honestly I was planning on buying more than one thing anyway after my pleasant time there! But that was just the cherry on top of a most wonderful experience!



Bethy ought to be acknowledged and praised for her customer service skills but more importantly, for her most friendly and beautiful personality. She is an asset to Lush and I hope to see her there again soon.

Today A friend and I visited lush Belfast and we were met by a lovely young fella Callum! He was a breath of fresh air, a credit to the company. He picked us right up with his lovely ways, we will def be back on a regular basis. Thanks for today Callum � our hand massages were exactly what the doctor ordered! �

The staff are soo amazingly friendly and helpful, usually i try my best to get in and out of a shop as fast as possible, but i feel soo relaxed in Lush, it' one of my happy places. Thank you for helping me get all i needed today and the little surprise i found in my bag when i got home � j xo

My mum was in your shop yesterday and was explaining I was not well and the girl put an extra wee oil in thank you so much for this your act of kindness brightened up my day �

My 11 year old daughter is a complete Lush fan and we have to visit (and spend a fortune �) everytime we are in Belfast.

The staff and customer service is absolutely fantastic and first class.

The staff are so open and friendly, offering advice and taking the time to really interact with the kids, showing them all the products etc.

Last Sunday I took my first trip to lush. This trip was specifically for the dream cream product. We were greeted immediately after entering the store, the girls helped us find what we needed and then described in detail the product, its contents and how it helps. This experience was excellent customer service and I wil b returning to the store.

However my main reason for this review is that the dream cream has helped my sons eczema so much. In 6 days it looks like he never had anything wrong with his skin.

Thank u guys so much. I was at my wits end but so glad I've found a product that is helping him.

I’m a pretty regular customer in lush and fair to say I’m a little obsessed, today I went in and being deaf I’m not the one to really talk to you the staff and say everything’s fine since I’m not the most comfortable saying anything else but today I was talking to a staff member called Yasmin and she was so nice and I was probably spent half an hour /forty minutes in store talking and letting her show me products and she was probably the nicest person ever and she wasn’t as ‘in your face’ as other employees are ( no offense ).

This is the best experience I had in lush and she gave me a free bath bomb !!



Lush will continue to be one of my faves stores and will remember this great experience!

Ive just visitsd the Lush Shop and had a fantastic experience with my daughter. She was just obsessed with watching the demonstration of the Bath bombs. I cant express how good Bethy was she was very informative and had great time for my daughter. Bethy gave us 1st class service.

EVERY member of staff in this Belfast store go out of their way to help and make your Lush experience/visit a great one.. They all really know their stuff from product knowledge to ingredients to catering to your own skin care needs and they seem to love the products themselves which installs confidence with purchase... love love love � ps make snow fairy an all year round product I can’t cope without it

I was in here today with my little brother (who is the biggest Harry Potter fan!!) and after helping me choose the right face scrub, the girl who was working very kindly showed my brother their Harry Potter bath bomb and he loved it!! Another girl at the till also talked to him about Harry Potter and told him about a special “Butter Beer” Starbucks drink you can get, and of course we had to go get it! Thank you so much to these girls today, you really went above and beyond for us!!!

I never leave reviews but i couldnt not in this case. Went in today with my wife and 2 children... Unfortunetly we didnt catch the staff members name.. she was wearing a striped top and had a shaved head. She done a demo with both our children .. What a lovely girl she is.. very patient/kind. I just want to say thank You on a great job and service.

I just have to post because I think the staff in the Belfast store are fab, everyone of them is so helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much for them. I always have to pop in any time I'm in Belfast and the customer service is second to none xx
