Being independently owned, our retailers know what services and range individual communities want and offer excellent customer service as well as a wide range of top brands and local products.
Mace retailers value the communities in which they operate stores and regularly offer sponsorship to local sports teams, raffle prizes for fundraising events and support school sports days.

Mace in Aghalee is wonderful.
All the staff are so friendly and happy all the time
I have been shopping in our local Mace for decades.
As a young Mother and now a Grandmother... love it.
Good shops and great competitions on the Facebook page!
Friendly staff good deals shop well set up staff are there to help disabled costumers and the deli food is beautiful a reason to go there a number of times a week
Went to two separate shops in Belfast on high street was charged for the same two items two different prices £1.70 and £1.40 for two packets of cum
Obviously some thing wrong here - called and as they are independent pwned they can set there own prices
But was informed some own from the store concerned would call me
I am still waiting for the call
The Mace beside the city hall has the most shocking customer service I’ve ever witnessed! A small grumpy woman on the tills puts me in a mood every morning. I have stopped shopping here because of her and her attitude! I have never experienced rudeness like it in my life! So bad I’ve been left speechless! Name begins with J and rhymes with moan. Very fitting actually
