Moving house while heavily pregnant & with other kids was never going to be stress free but Mackenzie’s couldn’t have made it any worse.
To start off, they never showed up the morning of the move, when we chased them up and only after telling them I still had my emails proving it was their mistake they then admitted liability and said they would get it sorted ASAP. They sent out a van later that lunchtime instead of the lorry I had booked, which obviously took SO much longer to complete the job.
I called Paul to query the cost and he was the rudest man to ever hold down a job. He threw his coworker Ciara under the bus and even blamed the boss having a stroke on his own mistakes. They even tried to charge me for the half hour the drivers took for lunch.
Told him I wouldn’t be posting a positive review about the company and he swore at me down the phone. Complete joke of a company, use anyone else, guaranteed a better service if you asked your dog to do it. Furniture was dented and marked in places and scrapes up our brand new plastered walls.
Avoid at all costs

Had an excellent move. The 3 guys were very professional and helpful. Could not find fault in anything. Highly recommend them.
