One thing I love about using foils is that no two nails will ever look the same. Not only do you add another dimension of shine but depending on how the light reflects off the different pigments, your nails will look as though they are changing colour. Here I paired pink and copper foil over teal and added a little pink sparkle polish to emphasise the foil.

As you know, today is world mental health day. A day set aside to remind us that it's okay not to be okay. It's more than okay to talk about any problems or struggles that you're having. A day to remind us that we're not alone. But why limit the importance of mental health to just one day?
The Beauty Bar is a safe place. A place where you can come and focus on taking care of yourself. Whether you want to leave your problems at the door or have a chat to me about them, the Bea...uty Bar is a safe place. I am a beauty therapist but I'm also a friend, a shoulder to cry on, an agony aunt, a joker (the list goes on) Everything discussed during your appointment stays between you and me.
This is why I want to offer mental health days at the Beauty Bar. These will be days where you have maybe just had enough and need a little escape to relax and unwind. Days where you need a break from your everyday routine. Days where you just need some me time. So whether it's a last minute appointment or one you want to make and just can't wait until pay day, don't be afraid to give me call. These won't be set days, they are available as and when you need them, even on my day off if I can and the balance can be settled at a later date.
It's always important to look after your mental health, not just today 💕
