As many of you will be aware, we are closing our doors this Sunday (3rd February). While we are saddened by this, we are looking to the future as we are moving to our sister store on Dedworth Road, Windsor.
Within the next couple of months, the entire marine section at Windsor will be converted into an almighty tropical fish house! This will be far greater than even our current systems; full to the brim of Discus, L-Numbers, African/American cichlids, odd balls, and a vast a...rray of community fish- you name it, we’ll have it!
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this will cause you whilst we undergo this transformation of our Dedworth store. To help tide you over, our local stores Reefkeeper Windsor and Ascot will be open as usual, with our brand new store opening in Moss End early Spring.
Thank you for all your custom over the years, it means so much to all of us how supportive you’ve all been, with an outpouring of offers of help. It really does mean a huge amount to us and we can’t wait to see you in our new home soon!

Important Customer Notice
This store will be closing on Sunday 3rd February 2019 as the site has been sold for redevelopment. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but is unfortunately beyond our control. As a result, our stocking levels of both fish and dry goods will be limited as we start to prepare for the closure. But please be rest assured that all our fish and invertebrates have good homes to go to at our other local sister stores.
And the ...good news is…. we are not closing down but moving home!
We will reopen Bracknell at our sister store in Wyevale Garden Centre, Dedworth Rd, Windsor, Berks, SL4 4LH. We will be called ‘Maidenhead Aquatics Dedworth’ and our new phone number will be 01753 850777.
Our Reefkeeper store at Windsor will be relocating to Moss End Garden Centre, Moss End, Warfield, Bracknell, Berks, RG42 6EJ by early Spring (all being well) and their new phone number will be 01344 453666.
Once again, we know that this will not be ideal for all, but we are doing our very best to ensure you are not too far from a fintastic aquatic store with everything a fishkeeper could need! Our aquarium sale is in full swing! £££’s of savings to be had on some amazing aquariums in stock and ready to take home!

Unfortunately, as many of you already know, the Wyevale Garden Centre we are based in has been sold for housing... this was a huge blow to us. We’ve been trading here for many, many years and seen so many people through our doors, you’ve all been like a family to us.
However, all is not doom and gloom for we have plans, great plans......!! 🎉🎉
A lot of you will know our sister store, ReefKeeper Windsor, is also moving to Moss End. Windsor is a monster marine store and when the...y move, they’re leaving a LOT of tanks just itching to be filled with Discus, Africans, oddities and all the other wonderful fish we love and care for! So sometime around March, we’ll be starting the mammoth task of converting them over, to bring you one of the BIGGEST trop houses in the south east! 🎉🐟🎉🐟🎉🐟🎉
So, please bare with us in the coming months as we start to undertake this monumental challenge of moving. Your patience is most certainly welcome! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Worried about brexit?? Maybe it’s time to invest your money in dollars! And we’ve got some stunners!

We have some stunning little Rhinogobius rubromaculatus in stock and looking good!
Endemic to Taiwan, the red spotted goby is a small, peaceful fish and fit into most community aquariums. Preferring slightly cooler temperatures (18c - 24c) they make an interesting addition to temperate set ups.
They are also one of the easier members of their genus to breed, females laying eggs on the roof of a small crevice or cave (or in our case a used till roll tube). Spawning pairs may spend several days laying eggs before the female is ejected and the male continues guard the eggs for a further 10 days or so. After hatching you can expect between 20-100 fry before the male is courting females again!

We’ve taken delivery of a very limited number of some very special fish! Who can guess?!

We have three very special pearl stingrays in stock! 1 male and 2 female het for albino rays, a fantastic breeding project which will yield 25% albino offspring! A very rare opportunity to breed your own albino pearl rays! Not to mention a group of some of the most entertaining, reactive, ‘pet’ freshwater fish around!
*Due to the difficulty of getting guaranteed hets we will only be selling them as a group.
