Very good set up, knowledgeable staff. Remembered Douglas when he was in Belfast…kept good fish back then….was glad to meet up again here. This is the newer of the Maidenhead shops but the one I will continue to go to as has really clean tanks, good fish and great advice.

This morning I went out to buy some plants for my garden and I popped into Maidenhead Aquatics and I was served by a very pleasant lady called Jackie. Jackie was so helpful, good with all her skills and very patient too having to work on her own by herself! Jackie was excellent serviced and went out of her way to help me when I purchased to beautiful carp koi fish one blue one and one orange one! I am happy enough to call one of my fish Jackie as she had brighten up my morning giving me her skills how to put my fish in with the others when I arrive home.



I will certainly recommend Jackie to anyone who is buy fish or any aquariums stuff from the shop! Keep up your excellent service Jackie. A very well done from a very happy customer Paul! 😃

went up today after being up the last two weeks .to get copods as i was sorting out for myself my son and a few friends i was confronted by a member of staff. sorry sir your only allow 5 per customer. what ???? when did this start . they are kept for our regular customers. i was fuming ive spent a lot of money in maidenhead one week there was only 7 packets in lisburn and i never got 1 .well ive been a regular customer when it was dobys and am a regular customer every weekend and sometimes thru the week dougie and the english guy and the girl are great people .but yous have lost my custom in that shop .who on earth told the staff only 5 pkts per customer well i wont be bk in your shop again and neither will my sons. and my mates who have bought tanks fish etc outa the shop as well as myself about 4k weve spent between us all .maybe more.and got my friend to buy a redsea max 650 outa it . but was fuming today still am and saying that to me in front of other people .good luck ile be buying from the internet from now on

and am sure there will be others very annoyed at this .i hope yous also send this to head office .as if this is the way yous are getting on yous will lòose custom from them as well tell mike from hillside i said high
