Malmaison Belfast

We had Afternoon Tea and it was beautiful. The staff were very fiendly and delivered a great service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay. Fabulous room, fabulous breakfast, delicious cocktails. If only there was adjustable air conditioning, only flaw I could find.

Lovely hotel, beautiful room just let down by staff moving furniture in the rooms above us until 1am. Reception were very dismissive when we rang to complain. Felt for the price should get better night sleep

The Malmaison is in a great spot in the center of Belfast. The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but modern and we'll designed. We didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant. The service for the hotel was first class.

The staff here are great, the location is excellent and I really like the decor of the place. Restaurant and bar are really good too. However ultimately I came here to get some sleep which is where it fails. The room was very hot so I slept with the window open, which meant I was woken up to the sound of bins being smashed about round the back. For some reason I was given a single bed which felt really small and had average comfort bedding. Apart from that, great place.

Great location lovely hotel. Food excellent, good place for special occasions. Staff friendly drinks a bit pricey.

Great Sunday menu! A wide variety of well prepared / cooked food. Location central with parking close by. The place is welcoming, warm and friendly.

Really disappointing. Room service food was poor - underseasoned and cold. Sound insulation in the hotel is apparently non-existent, or at least insufficient to ensure any peace from drunken fellow guests. Complained to reception twice, to no very obvious effect. No-one at reception with which to raise these issues when I checked out; and no courtesy call to check me out after that, or to apologise for a experience that offered nothing but frustration.

Think the Merchant but more affordable. A top class Belfast hotel that gives the others a run for their money. I highly recommend this hotel for a tour operator looking for a touch of elegance to offer their groups. 'Tis also a delightful option for a romantic stay.
Extremely convenient to all the main attractions in the cathedral quarter yet that little bit removed to ensure a quiet nights sleep.
