Would highly recommend this place, all staff where very friendly and professional. The food was very good. If you are going for cocktails the whiskey sour is amazing. Can't wait to go back!

We were dubious about trying somewhere new. Mainly because certain restaurants are better than others with three kids. And we stick to what we know. But we were very impressed not just with the good food, but the fabulous service we received. We arrived while it was still quiet but the waiting staff were so pleasant and interactive with the kids. Making sure they were entertained immediately with colouring in, and suggesting that their food come out with our starter (this simple ask has actually been refused in other restaurants believe it or not). They were very friendly and attentive. The food was also excellent. Hopefully they keep this standard up because we will definitely be returning

We had a great meal in Manina, the staff were very pleasant and attentive, the food looked good and tasted even better,we had the £16 two course with drink and it was very good value. We will definitely be back.

We decided to call in on Sunday evening as we'd never been before & thought it would be somewhere different. First impressions were very good, staff were so friendly & brought us a game for our 3 kids which we all had fantastic fun with lol As parents of 3 young boys we instantly felt at ease with staff taking time to speak to them & chat to my eldest about his Pokemon cards which impressed him �

The food was beautiful!! (the warm chocolate brownie is a must �) Service excellent & we will definitely be returning �

We ate in Manina last night for leaving meal for a colleague, it was the first time there for all of us! It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. The food was very good and even though we were a large party of 21 it was served to us all together!! Great night and I will definitely be back!

The rump steak was AWESOME! Never had a rump steak an inch thick!! Usually quite thin. And cooked to perfection. Asked for medium rare (x2) and both were as ordered. Service was good. The Rosemary and Parmesan potatoes were just as good as the steak. Def be back.

My self and 13 off my family went here last night for dinner the food was excellent the staff was so friendly it was my granddaughter seven birthday wee took a birthday cake with us and ask could they light the candles and bring it out to her after dinner they did and even sang happy birthday with us to her thank you very much we will definitely be back .

My husband and I had the most beautiful meal in your restaurant tonight. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and we got a lovely complimentary glass of champers. Food was amazing once again. We would recommend your restaurant to anyone and have been doing so. Good luck and we will be back!

I've never actually bothered to write a good or bad review before on a restaurant. Manina is an exception as I found it very refreshing to find a local restaurant with such an interesting and diverse menu. As a big fish fan it was pleasing to see a good choice of seafood which is very uncommon locally. Some effort had clearly also been put into the wine list as I was able to order a very nice Puglian red for a reasonable price. Moreover I was happy to be served by the lovely Emily and the restaurant was beautifully fitted out, warm and comfortable. Manina is a fresh new gem and I will definitely return. All best wishes for the future�

I won a competition for a meal for four people. I was so excited as I have never eaten from Manina before.

I couldn't fault anything about the meal or service. My daughter has allergies and the chef was so accommodating!

I would 100 percent recommend eating here. The food was sublime.

I've been to most of the restaurants around the north coast and must say, the meal we had here was the best we have had in a LONG time.

Had a lovely meal here tonight! A hidden gem. Would def recommend. My little girls “kids meal” was basically an adult meal and came with a huge ice cream for £4:95. Excellent value for money we will def be back!

Great food, had the lamb dish, delicious. My wife had the chilly beef which was very tasty, also kids had pasta and pizza which they both enjoyed. First time here and we will be back very soon.

Called in spontaneously last night and they couldn’t have been more accommodating!!!!... Staff were very friendly & didn’t roll their eyes at one vegetarian & one vegan lol !!!!... Every dietary requirement catered for without us feeling we were being “awkward”... great service, meals cooked fresh with delicious fresh ingredients... great atmosphere, great food & great service... can’t wait to go back .... Thank you �

Called in for Sunday lunch and we had a fantastic meal. The food was really well cooked, especially the fresh fish. The veg still had a crunch to it and wasn’t overcooked and the mashed potato was the best we have had.

In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the area and deserves to be much busier but I guess everyone is in a rush to get down the prom.

Shared a bowl of Nachos for starters .. yum yum .. Monkfish, seafood pappardelle and sweet potato soup for main courses ...

Monkfish wrapped in Parma ham on rosemary and chilli rice was so succulent, lots of seafood in the pasta with a fab sauce, the soup was tasty but a little too hot (as in chilli) for my daughter. A buzzing atmosphere, staff were friendly and service good, another plus was we were not pressured to move from the table when we finished eating so relaxing !!

Will definitely be back. Loved it �

Superb meal! The Steak was cooked to perfection, one of the best I've had in a long time. Great friendly staff who were more than accommodating. Would highly recommend this restaurant, I'll definitely be back. Keep up the great work �



Had a table booked tonight for 7.30pm however had to wait over 25 minutes to be seated when we arrived 5 minutes early. The frustrating thing was two groups of people who came in at least 10 minutes after us were seated straight away. No apology or explanation as to the delay considering when we eventually were seated that there were quite a few empty tables. To top it off they ‘supposedly’ ran out of steaks which was I thought was poor. In general the staff didn’t seem to know what the other was doing, this was clear to see and looked very amateurish, we overheard a few other guests commenting on this also. Ended up leaving and went to Me and Mrs Jones and had a superb meal. Definitely won’t be back in a hurry after that tonight, very disappointing.
