stayed one night. clean and tidy with a good breakfast.
very reasonable price and Marion was lovely and had great suggestions for sights and areas to visit.
noisy during the day as close to the airport.

Room wasn't dirty necessarily but everything was old and worn and on its last legs, scuff marks, dented walls, chunks of wood missing, etc. Our room smelled really weird, not a really bad smell—but not pleasant—and it was very pungent, stronger in the bathroom.

Decent views, can see a bit of the park. Location is a bit annoying if you're planning on walking to the city centre.

Its affordable, but for €20 more you could get a place 2x as good, I would suggest looking into your options when it comes to marantha house.

The employees and owner are all fantastic though, very welcoming. Nothing remotely bad to say there.

Beautiful house, couldn't find a speck of dirt! Comfortable & well put together rooms and the Ulster breakfast can't be beaten!

Lovely place to stay in walking distance of the city. Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The only thing was the shower wasn't very powerful but for one night's stay that wasn't too much of an issue.

Really good service, extremely clean and welcoming.

Great little boutique hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfasts, central location with (albeit limited) parking on site. Easy access to Belfast while feeling like it's out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Not much that could be improved upon, apart from maybe bigger towels in the room, but the room itself was clean and had large comfortable beds. Would stay here again next time I come to Belfast.
