Went to the new cafe at the front. Had a Christmas coffee and a salted caramel teacake my aunty had hot chocolate. Service was good staff nice and friendly. Will definitely use it again. Liked the decor xxx

Just back from the newly refurbished coffee shop at Sprucefield - what a transformation! The new facility has been updated with bright welcoming decor and even some lovely American style booths. The coffee was really good ( even my husband loved it and he is fairly hard to please!!) Thank you to Norma and her team who always make us feel so welcome in the store- we are proud to be part of M&S Sprucefield.

I popped in to M&S at Sprucefield on 27 December VERY early - 08.00 - as we were attending a funeral that morning and our son had decided he didn't have suitable clothes. To say I was in a rush is an understatement. The store layout was completely altered due to the sales BUT a young man in the men's department approached me to see if he could help as I'm sure he could see I was flapping. He helped me get EVERYTHING on my list and was so sweet and helpful. His name was BRENDAN MC MANUS (Hope this is spelled correctly). He was the perfect ambassador for M&S. Thank you so much Brendan - your smiling face and helpful attitude were just what I needed that morning. I hope your bosses know what a brilliant employee you are. Deidre Shannon

I love this food hall- huge & great selection of good quality food. Also they have a wide selection of lingerie & women's clothing. The cafe is good too but quite expensive. Their kids clothes are good quality on the whole & always have good quality school uniforms.

I Received really great and pleasant service from the beauty counter in the sprucefield store, in particular from Jordan as she helped me to find a blusher to suit my skin tone. I will def be back to have my make up done as the staff seem very well trained. :)

Had lunch in 'the deli ' the seafood platter. Delicious as usual.

Excellent cafe. Unfortunately the coffee shop at the front was closed but enjoyed coffee and scones in the larger cafe.



Much nicer coffee and food than any of the high street coffee chains, though the seats aren't all that great.



If you have a bad back and can get one of the banquette seats you will be much more comfortable.

Went in with my wife Xmas shopping. Got a couple of gift sets which were great value. Then went for our usual coffee and sandwich. Good service. Nice coffee and well filled sandwiches. Nothing to complain about

Lovely meal, nice prosecco, counter that you sat at looked a bit tired and grubby, although it was clean.x

Good helpfull staff, even in crazy pre Christmas rush (seriously folks it was 7:30 does no-one sleep any more) but cant buy brandy butter before 8.!!! Seriously!??

Called in for light lunch and bubbles at Deli bar ... beautiful as always. Was shopping for men's trousers 30" waist, quite difficult to get in other stores and thought I would look quickly before leaving .. Bingo 👌Got 3 pairs in assorted colours and all machine washable at a terrific price. Thanks M&S

I visited Sprucefield yesterday with my 2 children 3yr & 2yr old and we needed to use the baby changing facilities. Well it just wasn't possible with a pram. The space is very small, insufficient space for everything required to change the baby. There wasn't a toilet in the facilities if I needed to go myself or my 3yr old as she is toilet trained which meant I would need to try & fit the 3 of us in the women's toilets. The facilities need to be larger to fit the needs of parents with babies and/or toddlers to make it a practical. I also find in the cafe it is difficult to find space to fit a pram & a high chair for my children at a table where it is not blocking others. In the car park the parent & child parking is being misused by those who do not have children & this is not monitored closely. The staff are friendly & nothing is too difficult for them to help

At M & S coffee shop this lunch time. As per usual, the table was filthy. Told the staff, who did nothing. My daughter had to clean it. Becoming a regular occurrence.

I'm a very regular customer to this store every Sunday to meet my friend for coffee. Since the cafe had it's renovation done it's has gone down hill rapidly. The tables are disgusting and the service is very slow. How can you put more seats and tables in and then cut the amount of staff to run it, who ever thought of the idea needs to come and see what happens when the staff are run off there feet. Please sort it out or I will have to go elsewhere.

Can't see why m&s cafes cannot provide a microwave to allow parents to heat up baby/toddler food! You are offered some hot water which is pathetic when trying to heat up a meal. Lots of other stores provide microwaves or at least heat the food up properly for you. Very very disappointing and really puts me off having lunch there as i feel i can't offer my 15month old daughter a decent lunch.

Beware! Don't buy this bench! I recently returned a Rosebank garden bench which had rusted badly in less than a year and complained to M&S who had it picked up by a carrier over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund on a bench which was faulty and not fit for purpose! I have rang and emailed M&S a number of times but am still waiting. I am so disappointed with the customer service I have received. What is happening our good old M&S?

Arrived at lunch time to have an All day Fry only to be told it wasn’t on because their delivery van did not arrive.

Went to the Cafe at M & S Sprucefield with my mother today, not up to the usual standards. The first woman (I will not call her a lady) i went to to place our order insisted that we move to the other side. Now there was no reason for this other than me placing an order for hot food stopped her from gossiping with her colleague. The ladies whom did service me I give them a 5 out of 5 for friendliness and efficiency, also the young gentleman who brought out our order was excellent. All it takes is that one person to make your experience bad.
