Visited food store early as it gets quite busy owning to lead up to Christmas, I was unable to find what I was looking for and a very helpful assistant called Helen noticed I had passed by a couple of times, she asked if she could help, I was so grateful, I dislike disturbing people when they are working, she showed me to the section I needed and on the way she talked about the meal deal on offer, I said I was on my own so didn't bother, she let me know what wasn't required that day could be frozen and I could give wine to a friend, I bought one, steak dinner it was lovely, she also mentioned beauty products were half price soon, I was able to get a few gifts, will certainly be back, especially at same time.

I found the young lady that I ask a question about a return of a pair of trousers that I wasn't sure of and not only did she answer my question but she actually went and got me the size that I needed then ask me to follow her to the returns counter and went on to complete the transaction .which just proves there are some lovely young people in this world that we live in today. Marks and Spencer is my go to place I know I will always get what I want . Loads of variety, friendly staff, good prices and quality. Cannot beat it.
