Well this statement says it all really. This is from a candle/melt store i was looking on via a sponsored ad on FB, i like to see what "new stuff" is coming out so i can put strategies in place to keep this/our business sustainable. Now fair play to the company who have this warning on. It drives home how safe Scentsy is, what home now a days hasn't got small children? Or pets? Who hasn't got a crazy hectic life that you would forget to go blowing out candles before a mad das...h out? With scentsy there are no flames, toxins etc safe around children & pets and you don't need to go blowing out or turning off if you have to leave house. All i will now say is Scentsy is a bespoke company in my personal opinion, you will get cheaper waxes, burners etc but you don't get the SAFETY you don't get the WARRANTY going cheaper. Cheaper isn't best in the long run. You get what you pay for. Xxxxx

nothing was to much trouble for her ,she searched & found a replacement for me identical to my old one .as I loved the black & white coloured swirls ,as it matched my living room

There's so much to choose from. Waxs and burners I'm delighted with everything I've bought. And I love my smells about the house love it.
The samples I had were lush and as soon as I can I will be ordering
