Mary's Story

Mary Mckane has been baking for over 30 years. While teaching secondary school chemistry was her chosen career path, baking has always been Mary's passion.

Mary discovered her talent at the age of 17, and won cups for her baking at local home industry fairs. The quality and taste of her baking has only improved over time as she seeks to provide a home baked product for all those in the community, including those who are gluten free.
