We were in tonight for the banquet it was absolutely fantastic & nice friendly staff. Will definitely be back
We have been quite a few times and it just keeps on getting better everytime! Staff are great & the food is awesome!!
Lovely food and great value. Very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Wishing you every success in the future. See you soon
Just back and absolutely delighted with the food that was served for the price of the special Tuesday night offer! The service was good, although I can see why people say that the staff maybe aren't that friendly/smiley) but it wouldn't put me off going. Was worth going to from Belfast
I was very surprised to see some of the bad reviews here, we eat here regularly and have always found the food delicious and the staff very friendly. We used to live in Birmingham and were spoilt for choice on the Ladybrook Rd curry mile and can honestly say have never been disappointed here
I ate here for first time a few weeks ago ...food really lovely and very attentive service ..I'm going back tonight ..for my sons 18 th birthday
Had booked for Tuesday evening but the online booking system was being updated, so the booking didn't go through and was made aware of this error on arrival. We were told that he would do his utmost to get us a table, with it being so busy we decided on a takeaway. We were offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited for the inconvience, with this and how nice we were treated we will most definitely be returning, very welcoming and a beautiful restaurant, thankyou
Had a fantastic meal last night. Looking forward to the new starter coming on the menu. Thanks to everyone for the service see you again soon.
Had a beautiful meal last night, portions excellent and service excellent. We will be back.
Great new menu, attentive knowledgeable staff you can trust to recommend dishes to your taste. Lovely atmosphere and smart new decor! Fantastic night at the Masala Hut
Dined in for the first time last Saturday.. normally do take away.. was really tasty food, good portions, reasonably priced, great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff we’ll definitely be back.
Been here several times, the food is always great.
Food portions are good and everything is fairly priced. Food is always fresh and just as good, if not better than most of the places on the curry mile in belfast and that is definitely a compliment.
Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. If you do visit a couple of times then you are likely to be recognised by the staff which is always nice.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area or anyone passing through.
Cannot remember the name of it but there is a special dish which is made up of 3 different curries. This is particularly good.
Amazing amazing amazing. Visited for my husbands birthday and so much effort was made. Food was top class. Deffo 5*. Highly recommended. Well done to all the fantastic friendly staff.
10/10 for this place. Lovely surroundings, good menu, very tasty well presented food and attentive friendly staff. Well worth the journey to Moira, Our new ‘go to’ Indian restaurant
When I first tried this place I ordered a chicken korma which was nice but had too much of an almond flavour for my liking. But second time round the food was great. I ordered chicken madras which had a lovely creamy sauce. Good portion sizes.
Carry outs from the Masala Hut are very hit and miss....ours last night was pretty poor, the Quality of the food was just ok, the portion size of the main dishes were not value for money....and the tins in which the mushroom rice side dishes come in were virtually half full.....all in all another poor experience and certainly NOT value for money.
live local...village had been crying out for an indian...tried 1st week opened..poor.gave a few weeks and give it another go..poor! portions with very little meat should it be chicken or lamb, and what was there i could have made better myself..disappointing we couldn't have got a decent indian restaurant..just my view!
OMG what a horrible experience . When I phoned to book a table at 18:00 I was told that was ok but you will need to be out by 19:30. You would think that would set the alarm bells off but we went on anyway. We were seated very quickly at a nice table beside the window. At several times during our meal things went wrong. We got the wrong rice we had to ask three separate times for drinks with one waiter tutting at us. When we asked for a dessert the same waiter again tutted and walked off. When he came back we just fancied ice cream he pointed that it was for children. I said could we have just vanilla ice cream adults portions and again he looked at us as if we were asking for moon dust. The OMG final insult is when another waiter came to our table got down on his knee and asked us to move to another table to eat our dessert because they needed the table for a party of 4. I said that when we booked they said we were ok until 19:30 and it was only 19:05. He said he didn't want to keep other people waiting and asked again would we move. At this point I asked for the bill because I just wanted to get out of the place. Even though I refused to wait on the desserts and after the way we were treated they still charged us for the desserts. Nightmare
I had a horrible experience on Saturday night with one of the "lamb" dishes / there was tube like parts in the dish and the meat was really fatty and didn't even taste like lamb! I dread to think what part of the animal it was this was obviously very very cheap cuts of the animal .......... I was nearly physically sick - I've never had this experience with an Indian meal from anywhere before : disgusted ....
