Matalan

Lucky even getting one star if there had of been a choice of none then I would be rating it with this. Ordered things online and money taken from bank then 2 days later received email stating that one item wasn't in stock I would be refunded and if order wasn't fulfilled then wouldn't pay delivery. Then I noticed I did pay delivery after phoning customer services was told it was refunded never was emailed they still looking into it. I will never order or shop in Matalan again. Such a poor service.

Nice store slow service pity

Ordered online for click and collect in store took my money. Apparently item despatched 8 days later still no email telling me to collect. I have sent numerous emails only to get automated message back that someone from customer service would be in contact still waiting!!@@@ phoned them twice also I will never shop or order online from Matalan 😡

Was in store after 9 today had to wait near 10 minutes for a till to open only till open was customer service and ater a call going out over the store a few times only then was till open and dont think the person who called us to till was to happy not good customer service at all

Good value clothes but evening staff have poor customer service.

Love a good sale in here and everything is easy to locate
