Great service friendly staff and got amazing flowers thanks again will deal with again

Very disappointed with sloppy and lazy interpretation of what was ordered. I ordered Helena deluxe and paid extra £10:00. A bunch of flowers in a vase delivered. I rang Harry and it obvious he wasn't on same wavelength. He made excuses and made a big deal of adding an extra lily!!! I had paid £10 extra.!!! Won't use Maureen's again. Oh dear. Harry, your reply proves my point that you just don't get it!!! I am trying to tell you that you did not deliver Helena deluxe. The flowers were lovely but not what was ordered. Would you like me to post a picture of the flowers you delivered and let your customers decide for themselves?

Thank you for following through with the flowers for Joan Jackson's cremation service. We ordered while in Mexico and were told they were beautiful!!

I used this florists for the first time two weeks ago to order my Mum flowers for Mother's Day and would highly recommend them! The flowers were beautiful - a HUGE bunch of roses, daffodils, tulips and gerberas which are still going strong 10 days later. Would highly recommend! :0)

Very friendly and polite staff in the shop. However, I specifically ordered flowers to be delivered after 3 for my mum on mothers day. The flowers were delivered early to myself instead and they were handed to me by a young boy of about 12/13. He didnt say a word, just walked up and handed me flowers without checking who I was. I explained that they werent for me and asked if he could take them back and deliver them to my mum at 3:00 and he said "no I can't" and walked away. It would have made a big difference if he said sorry. Very disappointed because the whole point was for my mum to have flowers delivered to her and if I was gonna just hand her flowers myself id have just bought a bunch in a shop.

Called up inquiring about a corsage for a formal, the woman who answered had a horrible attitude and was very snappy and rude. She wasnt very helpful and as someone who works as a manager of a restaurant in customer service, the service was atrocious. Would never use or recommend this shop. Ill say this in the most professional way I can, a buisness like that cant function and will run itself into tthe ground.
