McAfee Auctions is a company specialising in the full range of auctioneering services throughout Northern Ireland. In the last 20 years, McAfee Auctions have gained an excellent reputation in clearance sales and machinery, antique and general furnishings, art, stock and warehouse clearances.
While many sales are held on owners' premises, McAfee Auctions hold regular sales of antique and general furnishings and fine art sales in their own Auction Rooms in Ballymoney, Ballycastle and Loughgall, Co. Armagh. Under the personal supervision of Gerard McAfee M. R. I. C. S, F. N. A. V. A, F. N. A. E. A. each sale is widely advertised, itemised and catalogued, afforded ample time for viewing and brought to a satisfactory conclusion. McAfee Auctions as well as handling full house clearance sales, on or off the vendor's premises are also in position to arrange collection of surplus furnishings direct from your home to the auction rooms.
From small specialist sales ranging from just 100 lots to a large clearance sale of over 1000 plus lots, McAfee Auctions have the expertise to handle any instruction.

Ballymoney Auction

GOT it at £3,000
A Game of Thrones script, signed by 15 of its leading actors, realised £3,000 last Saturday night at a gala charity auction and centenary dinner, held in the Titanic Centre, to celebrate 100 years of Save the Children.
The Game of Thrones signed script, kindly donated by Joe Bauer (visual effects director), created a lot of interest. “There were at least 10 people in the room bidding for it”, says auctioneer Gerry McAfee, who conducted the sale “and competit...ion was really intense”. The bidding started at £300 and within seconds the lot was hammered at £3,000. Two other Game of Thrones lots, a specially commissioned coat realised £500, and a signed Grey Worm figurine realised £200.
Other lots in the sale included: a week in Gleneagles Estate £2,000; signed ladies hockey framed shirt £600; Down Royal VIP package £575; 2 nights in Lough Erne golf resort, golf etc £1,000; 7 nights in Luce holiday park in Scotland £825; 4 ball round of golf at Royal Portrush £650; and a Rory McIlroy signed shirt £500.
The evening was a terrific success and raised a lot of money for much needed Save the Children funds.
