Thank you McCoubreys, you made purchasing my new cooker a lot less stressful than I anticipated, with your staff being extremely helpful and putting up with me being so indecisive. Cooker delivered within 24 hours and you even took my old one away �

So impressed with service. Cooker bought and delivery organised within 15 mins, great price too!

Ordered a Leisure cooker from here back in August and they were happy to hold off delivery until November when we were getting out new kitchen installed. THe day after it was delivered we realised one of the oven door handles had caused the glass to shatter. We were initially told it would be a couple of weeks before we could get a replacement but after a bit of phoning around by the staff they managed to find a replacement and got it installed 3 days later!



Chris helped me obtain the £150 Leisure cashback which we nearly missed out on due to the wait between ordering and delivery. Great customer service all round. Thanks!

My last 2 top end Samsung TV's bought in the Ballynahinch store at really great prices & great customer service throughout, very pleasant & helpful & more important & even rarer very honest

Buy all my electrical appliances from this shop. All staff are highly knowledgable in their area of sale, after sales service is excellent and price is very competitive.

Bought a a full set of integrated kitchen appliances from Mccoubrey's electrical, the service was second to none, they were all delivered and fitted by a friendly and professional fitter. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with our new Dyson purchased at McCoubreys, great value and first class service.

Bought a smeg fridge freezer and when it arrived it had damage on the door never got it replaced or even an apology have never shopped in it since

Totally disgusted with the service received and will never step foot inside the place again . Terrible customer service they have left us in a horrible situation with a brand new kitchen and no fridge freezer even though we had spent a considerable amount in store on other appliances. Unhelpful and unwilling to help us resolve the issue which was as a result of them trying to sell damaged goods and not replace with an undamaged one . Disgraceful.

The issue has since been resolved with another company and we have the exact same appliance fitted and delivered for £30 cheaper.

We should have gone elsewhere in the first place. Wiser now and hope that my friends and family do not trade with them as they don't deserve the custom.
