COVID 19 brings the construction work on our sites to a halt. This bespoke replacement dwelling in an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area had only a month left to completion. Looking forward to seeing this one finished off; great location, great clients, great contractors and we hope you think the design is great too! The beautiful charred larch cladding is looking wonderful in the spring sun!

Some recent visuals of our design for County Down GAA. The project involves the redevelopment of a former MOD army base to provide 4 full size pitches, stadium seating, indoor 3G Muga, gym, fitness suites, offices, museum along with associated changing, parking and site works. The scheme is currently in planning.

A little teaser of our latest project in Islington, London. Final touches going into Bunhill 2 Energy Centre - watch this space! This is a truly innovative renewable energy project that recycled waste heat emitted by London Underground and converts it into cheaper and greener heat for over 1350 homes, schools and community centres in the local area.

We were in London yesterday for the RICS National Awards Grand final; we stopped off along the way to look at our project in Islington. This is Bunhill 2 Energy Centre; a pioneering renewable energy project that captures the waste heat emitted from London Underground in large storage containers and stores it to provide affordable renewable heating for 1000 homes and community buildings in the local area. The project is nearly complete, we can’t wait for the hoarding to come down! It was great to chat to local residents when we were on site to hear the positive feedback and excitement surrounding this eye-catching facility #renewable #sustainable #recycle #architecture
