We had my wife's birthday party there last night and from start to finish the staff were great. Buffet provided a good variety - something for everyone - and bar staff were great too. Would thoroughly recommend The Ramble to anyone.

User

We had booked a party of 54 in for dinner. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager and shown into the function room. The food was served promptly by friendly, efficient staff. What a meal! Beautiful! Generous portions and came back around with the offer of second helpings of veg and potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I could highly recommend the Ramble Inn. Thanks again to Dermot and staff.

User

We had an amazing meal, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Tried my first ever Guinness here, it went down extremely well and the rest of my time in Ireland they carried on doing so. I will come back for sure. Thank you

User

Was at the Ramble today with my dad for Father's day excellent food, service, and value for money will definitely be back.

User

Took the family for dinner to this fantastic place yesterday. Lovely environment, excellent menu (lots of choice on the kids menu too), delicious food, huge servings, and all this with great value too! Was our first time there and it will most definitely not be our last :-)

User

The food was amazing, the staff was kind, welcoming and patient with our two little ones. We are so sorry that we couldn't leave a top as we had absolutely no cash on us and didn't have the option when paid by card... Next time we'll be more prepared, they deserve it!

User

One of the best Sunday lunches in a very long time. Yummy

I travel regularly from the North Coast to Belfast and back and The Ramble Inn always looks so inviting. Recently I was travelling back from a long journey in Co Down and decided to stop there for a meal and a break. I'm so glad I did, we had a lovely table in a cosy corner and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and I love the extra touches; the wee vinegar bottles and the cutest mini saucepans they serve the gravy/sauces in! Would definitely recommend :)

User

I had the pleasure of eating here today the food was absolutely amazing and the service and hospitality were second to none!! I must highly praise the manager who runs a "tight ship" which is evidenced though his staffs highly professional manners, politeness and efficiency!! The portions where huge and for once my other half had to bring home a doggy box which was provided without issue! From entering the restaurant to leaving we were treated to the highest of standards ( ones which others could only strive to achieve! ) we will definitely be back! I just want to thank and congratulate the whole team who made our experience soo enjoyable! My only regret on reflection was that I did not tip well enough for the experience and service provided ( this will be rectified upon are still next visit) many thanks

User

Came across The Ramble Inn by accident as we sped home in the snow after a day round the Antrim Coast, we'd loosely planned to eat somewhere nice...atmospheric, cosy, and this was exactly that! I had the special, Pan Seared Salmon on creamy mash with chorizo sauce, my partner had the Chicken and Ham pie, both were excellent, the staff couldn't be friendlier and helpful, sat by a cosy fire and soaked it all up. Reasonable price to boot. Doubtless we'll be back

User

Food was great as always. Took a little while for it to come out even when there wasn't many in but it was worth the wait. Took family with us that were visiting from England and they really enjoyed it. Had other friends over from England the week before and took them and again fantastic.

Place itself has a nice ambience and rustic charm.

One of the things I love is the fact that the owners also serve food and drink along with their other staff.

Staff have always been very accommodating on every visit.

I would highly recommend.

Stopped of on the way home from portrush. We always wanted to make a visit. We weren’t impressed with the food. Fish and chips and a turkey dinner ordered. Staff however very pleasant and helpful can’t fault the customer service. Food was just basic to be honest.

User

Rang to book for 7pm but they couldn't take us so they said how about 7.30? I didnt want to eat so late and they then said they could squeeze us in. The place was packed and a table of 6 that arrived after us were already eating as our order was taken at 7.35! We had our meal placed in front of us at 8.10. I could hardly eat as it was so late. The rare steak was over cooked and the well done steak was under cooked. Really disappointed.

User

Went for lunch with work colleagues. Some of the veggie options had parmesan (not vegetarian) so instead ordered tomato and basil tagliatelle and stated no parmesan just in case chef put this on last minute. Half way through meal found a lump of chicken. Not impressed.

We had an amazing meal, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Tried my first ever Guinness here, it went down extremely well and the rest of my time in Ireland they carried on doing so. I will come back for sure. Thank you

Took the family for dinner to this fantastic place yesterday. Lovely environment, excellent menu (lots of choice on the kids menu too), delicious food, huge servings, and all this with great value too! Was our first time there and it will most definitely not be our last :-)

The food was amazing, the staff was kind, welcoming and patient with our two little ones. We are so sorry that we couldn't leave a top as we had absolutely no cash on us and didn't have the option when paid by card... Next time we'll be more prepared, they deserve it!

Called in to the Ramble Inn for our dinner on Saturday. A fantastic well run restaurant with very friendly staff and amazing food to go with it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We had a lovely family birthday dinner here last night. Considering they catered for 18 of us at very short notice it was brilliant. We did have a bit of a wait but that was to be expected as they brought all our meals at the same time. He food was lovely from my opinion. Thanks guys we'll deffo be back xx

Went for lunch with work colleagues. Some of the veggie options had parmesan (not vegetarian) so instead ordered tomato and basil tagliatelle and stated no parmesan just in case chef put this on last minute. Half way through meal found a lump of chicken. Not impressed.
