We here at ME4MENTAL understand that this a very stressful time. We appreciate that times like these can cause even more anxiety and stress therefore making you mental health worse.
We are not going to close and leave you all alone, we promise you that so what we have decided to do was to keep our phone lines open Monday to Thursday 12 to 4 for anyone who wants to talk.... We will post this every day as a reminder and there will always be someone there to provide this service to you.
