Last week I went out of my comfort zone after months of hard work and training i completed a photoshoot. I have yet to receive the professional photos but i feel that the important part i need to address is.. that in the hardest of times you should never give up or let your mind tell you different. Over the past 6 months i have changed so much as a person and have a much better outlook and attitude on life - i think me beginning and gaining a bit more confidence my makeup/bea...uty journey shows this. I believe that you need to challenge yourself in order to find yourself, find your happiness and to prove to yourself that you can do whatever you want to in life if you put your mind too it. My results may not look the best, to some but being 2 stone heavier, and a healthier mind and body - i am proud of my results and cannot wait to share the professional images. π be your own motivation. #gsd #onlythebeginning @ No Limits Fitness
