Department store with other concessionsry stores included. Prices competitve. Frequent sale events with varying discounts. Sells shoes handbags clothes ladies and gents. Bob and berts cafe instore upstairs. Toilet facilities ..

Great selection of shops and always great offers on.

Looking for a waterproof coat, asked a sales assistant if a particular coat was waterproof. She didn't think so, I asked if they had any waterproof, she said probably only Regatta. I headed to look thinking she was coming with me to help me but she walked off in a different direction then had a chat with two other assistants. Not good customer service and not usual for Menarys. Usually 5 stars
