Mental Health Movement

Mental health movement is one of the few solely youth led charities in the united kingdom with all members aged 25 and under. MHM is predominately based in Belfast and provides an education around mental health through the workshops we deliver free of charge to children and young people in youth based settings MHM also delivers workshops around confidence and alcohol, drugs and harm reduction. MHM also regularly campaigns the government and statuary agencies to improve mental health care and access in Northern Ireland. MHM regularly consults with young people and we address there concerns with schools, board of governors and in some cases the education authority. We also provide a sign posting service.
