Just purchased the new A180d Sport with executive pack in mountain grey.

Absolutely stunning car.. previously had the older A180 model 13 plate and its a great upgrade, made the change from manual to automatic and wish i had of done so sooner. All round great car to drive, thanks to Mark for all his help and patience whilst i decided on colour.. i changed my mind a few times lol!



My Aclass sport had been recalled and fixed.. Straight after after my EML came on.. mot was the next day..

Lance had her fitted in that day looked at and sorted.. Customer service from Lance was excellent today.. Really did look after me well! Cannot fault mercedes customer service!

My B class was in for main service June 17. Within 1 week I needed new brake pads. Not very confident and cancelled my service plan. After numerous calls and an apology from MB. We reinstated plan. My car was in for main service again 22 June 2018 and I specifically requested they fix fuel flap (fixed previously). This wasn't fixed and I have arranged for my car to be collected today 20 July 2018. So after 5 phone calls and a day off. I'm still waiting on Phil phoning me! It's now 16:52. Can this please be addressed ASAP

I encountered a no nonsense degree of professional service levels and old school courtesy delivered by a well trained and presented staff in a perfectly laid out environment that I thought was no longer available in this day and age. This company has fully mastered customer care.

After having driven Audis for years I bought a Mercedes 3 years ago and absolutely loved it so much that yesterday I went down to the Boucher Rd showroom to have a look about in the hope of changing. Well there was no loyalty given to me whatsoever. A very poor deal was offered for a trade in and overall just a very negative experience. Mercedes obviously do not want my custom. Needless to say I'm going back to The Audi showroom in Belfast first thing on Saturday morning. I'm sure they will welcome back a past customer with a great deal and some loyalty!!!!!!!

Purchased a used car in January. Was happy service when buying the car however the after sales service has been shocking. Firstly I drove around for 6 weeks with no car tax (but according to Mercedes this was Dvla fault).



There were a few cosmetic issues with the car when purchased and these were to be fixed by Mercedes. 1 issue fixed but caused another minor cosmetic issue in doing so.



When contacted the sales person on numerous occasions about these issues in January I was told that January was a hectic month for sales and he would come back to me.



Hadn't heard anything for approx 2 weeks so contacted them again. Spoke with sales manager who arranged for car to taken in for repairs. This was done within 24 hours. I emailed a list of the problems to the sales rep to ensure they knew all the issues. 3 issues out of 6 not even looked at when the car was returned. Spoke to sales rep who said he was stuck in the middle and the sales manager was to ring back.



This was at 1:35pm today and no call from sales manager received.



I was going to look at car in Charles hurst but was put off by their reputation for bad service and thought I would get better from Mercedes... unfortunately I was wrong!

Wife bought a 2015 A class in April 2017. She's serviced it with Mercedes approved parts at Mercedes specified intervals. 6 days out of warranty, the turbo blows. After having to prove that we carried out servicing as specified Mercedes still want £1800 to fix her car. After a bit more discussion Mercedes agreed the part should not have gone wrong and so offered the repair at 90% discount which we were happy with. *update* 22/05/18. Wife's cars warning light came back on 8/5/18, and also her glow plug light. We took it a garage we trust and got them the plug in the car to see what the engine management light was this time, within 5 minutes they told us and showed us it was "insufficient boost pressure", which is the turbo again, they reckon mercedes Belfast mechanics just didn't tighten up all the pipes etc 100%. So again, on the phone to mercedes, £100 for them to "diagnose" it, they say it's the glow plugs and change them all, wife pays £150 or so for that, tonight, engine management light comes on again! Looks like Mercedes are clawing their discount back by lying about what the warning light is and just keep charging her to "diagnose" the problem.

I hope I never have to return back there to get anything done to my car ever again went down to get an update done on my car told it would take 45 minutes 4 hours later I got my car back they said they had washed yes they had washed but forgot to rinse all of the soap off this then stained all the black paintwork on my car it took me over 2 hours to correct the paintwork when I phoned and complained about they took my address and said they would send me something out well it's 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting so I phoned up and asked what it was they were sending me out and when it would be here they told me they had sent it out and it was a pen how generous of them I will post a picture of it here if I ever receive it I just hope I never have to deal with them again

They asked to ring me back but in and out of meetings so not practical. On the second occasion I left my number, but no return call. Receptionist told me there were 7 staff in the Parts department. Rang BMW and staff levels ranged from One to Two in their Parts dept. Is there a reliability issue with Mercedes with so many in a parts department. Had Mercedes for a long time now and member of MB Club.

Just purchased the new A180d Sport with executive pack in mountain grey.

Absolutely stunning car.. previously had the older A180 model 13 plate and its a great upgrade, made the change from manual to automatic and wish i had of done so sooner. All round great car to drive, thanks to Mark for all his help and patience whilst i decided on colour.. i changed my mind a few times lol!



My Aclass sport had been recalled and fixed.. Straight after after my EML came on.. mot was the next day..

Lance had her fitted in that day looked at and sorted.. Customer service from Lance was excellent today.. Really did look after me well! Cannot fault mercedes customer service!

My B class was in for main service June 17. Within 1 week I needed new brake pads. Not very confident and cancelled my service plan. After numerous calls and an apology from MB. We reinstated plan. My car was in for main service again 22 June 2018 and I specifically requested they fix fuel flap (fixed previously). This wasn't fixed and I have arranged for my car to be collected today 20 July 2018. So after 5 phone calls and a day off. I'm still waiting on Phil phoning me! It's now 16:52. Can this please be addressed ASAP

I encountered a no nonsense degree of professional service levels and old school courtesy delivered by a well trained and presented staff in a perfectly laid out environment that I thought was no longer available in this day and age. This company has fully mastered customer care.

After having driven Audis for years I bought a Mercedes 3 years ago and absolutely loved it so much that yesterday I went down to the Boucher Rd showroom to have a look about in the hope of changing. Well there was no loyalty given to me whatsoever. A very poor deal was offered for a trade in and overall just a very negative experience. Mercedes obviously do not want my custom. Needless to say I'm going back to The Audi showroom in Belfast first thing on Saturday morning. I'm sure they will welcome back a past customer with a great deal and some loyalty!!!!!!!

Purchased a used car in January. Was happy service when buying the car however the after sales service has been shocking. Firstly I drove around for 6 weeks with no car tax (but according to Mercedes this was Dvla fault).



There were a few cosmetic issues with the car when purchased and these were to be fixed by Mercedes. 1 issue fixed but caused another minor cosmetic issue in doing so.



When contacted the sales person on numerous occasions about these issues in January I was told that January was a hectic month for sales and he would come back to me.



Hadn't heard anything for approx 2 weeks so contacted them again. Spoke with sales manager who arranged for car to taken in for repairs. This was done within 24 hours. I emailed a list of the problems to the sales rep to ensure they knew all the issues. 3 issues out of 6 not even looked at when the car was returned. Spoke to sales rep who said he was stuck in the middle and the sales manager was to ring back.



This was at 1:35pm today and no call from sales manager received.



I was going to look at car in Charles hurst but was put off by their reputation for bad service and thought I would get better from Mercedes... unfortunately I was wrong!

Wife bought a 2015 A class in April 2017. She's serviced it with Mercedes approved parts at Mercedes specified intervals. 6 days out of warranty, the turbo blows. After having to prove that we carried out servicing as specified Mercedes still want £1800 to fix her car. After a bit more discussion Mercedes agreed the part should not have gone wrong and so offered the repair at 90% discount which we were happy with. *update* 22/05/18. Wife's cars warning light came back on 8/5/18, and also her glow plug light. We took it a garage we trust and got them the plug in the car to see what the engine management light was this time, within 5 minutes they told us and showed us it was "insufficient boost pressure", which is the turbo again, they reckon mercedes Belfast mechanics just didn't tighten up all the pipes etc 100%. So again, on the phone to mercedes, £100 for them to "diagnose" it, they say it's the glow plugs and change them all, wife pays £150 or so for that, tonight, engine management light comes on again! Looks like Mercedes are clawing their discount back by lying about what the warning light is and just keep charging her to "diagnose" the problem.

I hope I never have to return back there to get anything done to my car ever again went down to get an update done on my car told it would take 45 minutes 4 hours later I got my car back they said they had washed yes they had washed but forgot to rinse all of the soap off this then stained all the black paintwork on my car it took me over 2 hours to correct the paintwork when I phoned and complained about they took my address and said they would send me something out well it's 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting so I phoned up and asked what it was they were sending me out and when it would be here they told me they had sent it out and it was a pen how generous of them I will post a picture of it here if I ever receive it I just hope I never have to deal with them again

I Have tried to speak with the Parts Department in Belfast Mercedes on 7 occasions with no avail. Calls kept getting diverted back to the receptionist. They asked to ring me back but in and out of meetings so not practical. On the second occasion I left my number, but no return call. Receptionist told me there were 7 staff in the Parts department. Rang BMW and staff levels ranged from One to Two in their Parts dept. Is there a reliability issue with Mercedes with so many in a parts department. Had Mercedes for a long time now and member of MB Club.
