Today can be a tough day for many. Those who have lost their mummy and those who would give anything to be a mother. We all need to count our blessings today - be mindful that not everyone is able to celebrate today. It’s not easy feeling on the outside looking in. We wish all grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sons and perhaps a significant woman who guides you in your life a fabulous day. #thankyou #mothersday #midulsterwomenshealthclinic #bekind
Dr Quinn looking forward to speaking at this event. Not sure if there are many tickets left to this beautiful event. If you would like something special for your mummy / aunt / sisters / friend - this would be a real treat. The perfect combination of looking good and feeling good. Dr Quinn from @midulsterwomenshealthclinic will be speaking at the event. Anything that the gorgeous Rachel from @rachel_spoiltbelle hosts will be a fabulous day if the clothes and shoes in both her shops in Magherafelt are anything to go by. See you there xxx #mothersday #fashion #spoiltbelleboutique #midulsterwomenshealthclinic
At our You ..but better event yesterday. My mummy and her best friend along with my 12 year old twins. Strong women teaching women to be stronger and look after You. Make that appointment with your GP - get checked out, get your blood pressure checked, don’t ignore the warning signs described by Dr Quinn at our event yesterday. The future is bright you can achieve that outcome - be pain free, get control of your periods, sort out and manage your PCOS. More information will be coming about all these conditions through our Facebook and Instagram feeds so keep a look out.
Such a successful day yesterday at our first ever event. Helping women achieve the best version of themselves. We all learned a lot. #youbutbetter. #midulsterwomenshealthclinic #taragrimesfitness

The most common symptom of endometriosis is severe pain before and during menstruation (periods). The pain is more severe than “normal” period cramps and it not relieved with basic pain medication. The pain can last for days. It is important to realise that to experience extreme pain with your period is not “normal”. If you have missed a family or social event due to pain, endometriosis should be considered. Endometriosis.ie. #endometriosis #periodproblems #pain #fertility #pelvicpain
