Great night in here for my birthday. Staff was very good food fantastic the steak was cooked to perfection. Molly was our waitress great service.

Hi, I was yesterday for a lunch,it was very good meal.We really like it , very friendly staff,order and food was quick,very good. We really enjoy see you again.

Was in for our anniversary and we both had the Calzone pizza was really nice but could do with a bit more selection. I had the Parma Violet ice cream and still can't believe they put a pile of chocolate sauce over Parma Violet ice cream, totally destroyed the delicate flavour of the ice cream and destroyed the taste of it. Wasn't overly happy when I mentioned this and staff didn't seem to care. Hopefully next time they won't make that mistake again as it said nowhere on menu that it came with the sauce or I'd have asked it to be without.

I booked for my birthday party for 14-17 adults and 8 kids.

I was told in two occasions (when we were talking about the menu and other arrangements) that we can stay from 6 to 11pm.

At 8:30 the upstairs room filled up with ppl... apparently they over-booked 3 parties at the same time and the guy in charge was trying to tell me that we need to go as there is no reservation for more than two hours.

For some of my guests, a couple that came late... their pizza order was bringed "to go".

So ... 5 stars for food and staff. Zero stars for management.

Wouldn’t say my pizza was great tonight. The garlic butter on the mushrooms was so oily I couldn’t eat it. My friends kebab came with a very limited amount of meat. We did ask for more. The massive thing that let this place down tonight was the waitress which had very limited English. When told we bought drinks from the restaurant she said not from me my colleague. She was the one who took our drinks order �. Not a clue. One waitress was nice. I don’t think we will be back in a rush.

Not good value for money... burger £8.99 was no more than 4oz we ordered some mayonnaise couldn’t believe we were charged, spoke to proprietor about same but still was charged... sadly Milanos nothing like the old Milanos... won’t rush back!

Ordered garlic fries and they were absolutely disgusting the “butter” used was really oil, asked the chef to taste it and he refused then finally tried it said he never refused and agreed it was disgusting. He was also very ignorant and for someone who “tries his own food constantly” I don’t understand how he thought it was fine earlier and now it’s suddenly disgusting. Won’t be back in on my last visit my sister ended up being sick all over the table definitely an issue with the ignorant chefs food
