We are extremely Proud and just a little bit over excited to announce that 3 weeks prior to their massive sold out UK tour Union J World will be headlining the Pride In Newry Parade and Festival performing their ONLY IRISH SHOW IN 2016. Free Entry, Full Bar, Food Outlets, Brand New Funfair, Candy Floss, Icecream, Free Kids Entertainment and a fantastic wash of colour for all, showcasing yet again our fantastic and proud "wee city". This is very easily the biggest and best, free festival in Newry this year! We are too good to you... YOU'RE WELCOME! ;-)

Guys and Girls as many of you already know, the Newry Rainbow Community (NRC) have finally moved to our larger, more modern premises on Monaghan Street and our much loved former home on Hill Street for the past number of years has now closed. The new premises offers us much more room to offer current services and opportunities to develop and deliver many more... To this end, we are currently competing for some money from the Aviva Community fund to completely renovate the new premises to ensure it fully meets the needs of the LGBT community across Newry, Mourne, Down and Gullion. Peter is a well known human rights campaigner, founder of the gay rights group OutRage! and the left wing of the Green party. He is also director of the Peter Tatchell Foundation, a human rights organisation. We can't wait to welcome him to Newry.
