I attended the expectant parent event with my mum and I have to say it was great, all the staff and volunteers there couldn't have been more helpful, highly recommend any first time parents to attend. I got 10% discount off my purchases which is great! Thank you to Julie who booked us in and to Laura who answered all our questions about prams, carseats etc. All the girls make time for you and are so friendly! Great store with lots of choice. �

Ordered children's clothes from mothercare rung 2 c were the delivery was could not track it did not get even delivered to the right address don't know sort of drivers they have that can't deliver 2 right address I should be refunded the price of delivery

Not too great with taking returns. Bought a baby heart monitor listening devise and I was not happy with the product. They would not take it back saying it has been opened. Really?? How else can I use the product without opening the box??! Won't be spending anymore of my time in this shop. They have lost a customer for life for a £25 device.
