Mourne Reflexology

I love being a Reflexologist! 30 mins ago this little darling in my arms was having a full on tantrum and making unrealistic demands which weren’t fair on her sisters!
As mothers we all know how difficult & challenging it can be when this happens! Anxiety levels can rise and at times I have been known to try different techniques to sooth the situation, some successful, some not!!!!!!
What resonates with me is the saying that my child is not giving me a hard time, my child is... having a hard time and this has definitely helped my parenting skills over the years! When the brain becomes hyper stimulated we can have upset children & adults!
I removed her to quiet space and we both took some deep breaths and she received some reflexology! The little darling was sound asleep before I finished the first foot!

One of the greatest things about being a Reflexologist is seeing the positive effects it has on my own children!
Tonight 2 of them received a treatment and the littlest one fell asleep mid treatment. This was amazing because at times bedtime can be challenging!

I have never let anyone touch my feet before as I absolutely hate it! However after hearing Oonagh talk about reflexology I decided to give it a go and absolutely loved it! I'm amazed at how much energy and connection we hold in our feet and loved hearing Oonagh tell me about it...It felt pretty blooming good too �

I have had many sessions of reflexology with Gerald as i suffer from a bad back/sciatica. I found each session excellent and came out like a new man each time. I would highly recommend Gerald to anyone as he has a good knowledge of reflexology and is a gentleman
