Coming to Movie House Cinemas on December 14th

🎉 CINEMA DAY 2018 ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉
On August 27th at 11am, we will be screening one of the best-loved family films of all time the Disney classic, 'The Lady and The Tramp' at Movie House Cityside, Dublin Road, Glengormley, Maghera and Coleraine in support of dogs without homes around NI.
There will be no admission charge for the screening - instead we would like people to bring an item for an dog - in exchange for a free cinema ticket. These items must be new and can include f...ood, toys, treats, blankets etc. Tickets aren't available online but will be available at the cinema box office on a first come, first served basis.
All items received will be donated to Mid-Antrim Animal Sanctuary and PlayforStrays.
Before the movie, each site will have fun activities that are perfect for kids! Starting from 10:15am this includes cheek painting and dog-themed arts & crafts. The movie will start at 11am.
So, bring your family to a great movie and relax with some pup-corn or treats and help out your furry friends!

Went yesterday, Toilets were clean, the room temperature pleasant and the music not too loud. In the past I experienced very loud music and terrible songs. That was just noise for me that I can't stand. Yesterday was fine.

Nice warm cinema good staff and plenty to eat and drink even hot dogs lol.

My friends and I had booked to go to your cinema last week but unfortunately we couldn't make it... I foned and spoke to the manager and he moved our booking to last night.... He was so lovely and even foned me back to check we would be attending! 100% on customer service... I've been lots of times with my children and friends and have always had a very pleasant experience.

I enjoy going down to the movie house on The Dublin Road here in Belfast on Saturdays to see the film of my choice. Staff are very helpful & friendly. I meet up on Tuesdays with 2 of my my friends & their leaders who also enjoy coming to Dublin Road Movie House. Best Cinema & within easy reach of Belfast City Centre.

I went to see IT with my wife for our anniversary yesterday and it was a great movie, lots of great scares. There was a bunch of teenagers at the back acting the maggot but one of the members of staff kept coming in and out to keep an eye on them and they were quiet for most of the movie. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because the sweet popcorn I got tasted like it had salted mixed in with it which wasn’t ideal.

Went yesterday to watch coco with the kids screen 3 sat with our coats on the whole time was freezing seats weren't the cleanest either had to go along the aisle to find a seat that looked clean enough to sit down on

The girl serving at the drink and sweet counter today Friday 16/03/18 needs some manners and a smile would help, or just give her a brush to brush up the popcorn because she is no good at customer service

Friendly staff, went to see planet of the apes amazing movie a must see if your a fan!! 🎥 the only thing is the seats are very uncomfortable and very close together other than that good standard cinema experience

Nice comfortable seats. Staff where friendly.. Toilets nice and clean. Nice to be able to sit at the tables upstairs afterwards have coffee chat look out into the city.

Went recently & watched smurfs 2 & the film itself was very good. What ruined our time at the cinema was the kids running up & down the Isles stomping on the floor & making alot of noise. What happened with the people that work in the cinema coming in to check every so often to make sure everything was ok...don't use do that anymore? I never seen one of you do that throughout the whole film. Safe to say I doubt il be back!!!

Stop promoting cruelty to greyhounds, research the facts and withdraw your ad. As a family of film buffs we will not be frequenting your cinemas until you stop promoting greyhound racing and will be spreading the word among our many family and friends. You bet, we die.

Shocked to see your 'Craic at the Track' video on YouTube, promoting the cruel greyhound racing industry and giving the (false) impression that a night at the dogs is harmless fun. Thousands of greyhounds suffer / die every year because of this outmoded, corrupt industry. Some Irish greyhounds are even exported by particularly callous and greedy owners / breeders to China, Pakistan etc. The Irish Greyhound Board do nothing to prevent this. Please do a little research and it won't take long to see I'm not exaggerating. You're currently advertising 'Beauty and the Beast'... well, there is a direct comparison here... beauty is the greyhound and beast is the owner, trainer, breeder, punter and promoter >.<

Im totally against greyhound racing on the grounds of cruelty, on all levels. I rate you less than one star if I could as you advertise greyhound racing as some sort of "entertainment"..I really think you should rethink your stand on this as I have a feeling your business will be badly affected if you are pro greyhound racing. As a owner of an EX racing Irish greyhound, I speak from my own experience.They have suffered enough.

I got to the Dublin Road cinema yesterday (Sunday 29th October) at 1:30 to watch Geostorm which was suppose to start at 1:45. After paying for my ticket drinks etc I walked into screen 6 only to see the end of the film. I asked an assist if it had started early which he stated no they were running behind and that was the earlier show. We waited outside and were told at 1:55 to go in. I then had to go at 2:30 to find out when the film was starting which a manger said “Oh shit has it not started yet”. I watched the film but I already knew how it ended as I stated at the beginning out this post. Total experience ruined.
