M&S Malone Lisburn Rd Simply Food

Bought today. Use by date of yesterday. Unacceptable.

I think I always expect too much from M&S Cafe as I am consistently disappointed. Perfectly pleasant young man on the till but the table was dirty and there was food on the floor. It's a typical supermarket cafe, but it could be much better.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. More concerned with having a giggle in the bread section than helping customers. Hopefully senior management will pay them a surprise visit as they could do with some serious retraining. Beligerent and dismissive.

Over priced for what they do

Great for Percy pigs and they do good cookies too!

Helpful staff and MEAL DEALS! No cardigans, though, because it's a Food Hall. I don't mean you can't wear cardigans- that would be absurd when you think about it- but you can't buy a new one.
