Hello lovelies, we are now taking Christmas orders for our yummy cranberry, sage, and caramelized onion stuffed roast. It is sietan based (wheat gluten) and packed full of protein with the addition of beans and mushrooms. They are £16 and serve approximately 6 hungry vegans! We can accommodate for gluten free folks too. Message us today. 🌱❤

I had never made a #vegan quiche before and we actually had some chickpea flour in the house as well as some pie dough in the fridge so I threw together what we had lying about and it turned out so great I had to share. If I'm honest I'm not really a fan of recipes when it comes to cooking so here is what I did and it worked out nicely. (If I made it again I would add in crushed chillies): Crust: 2 cups plain flour 1 1/2 tbs sugar 1/2 tsp salt... 1/2 cup vegan butter 2 tbs vegetable oil 3 tbs cold water Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Cut in butter till mixture resembles pea sized clumps. Add in cold water and mix with hand till dough forms. Add more water if too dry little by little. Wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Filling: 2 1/2 c chickpea flour 3 cup veg broth Mushrooms Red onion Smoked paprika Vegan cheese (I used our Mexican cheddar cubes with chillies and jalapenos) 3 Garlic cloves
Whisk together chickpea flour and vegetable broth ensuring there are no clumps of flour. In a skillet saute red onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Add to batter mixture and season with paprika, salt, pepper, fresh herbs of your choice. Roll out out pie crust and place in cake tin. Add quiche filling and top with vegan cheese. Bake for about 20-30 mins at 180F or till slightly jiggly in centre but set on outer edges. (Be careful not to over cook) Let cool, then serve and enjoy!

As a small business, we realize the importance of setting a good example and doing our best to incorporate sustainable, eco friendly practices.
