Was in today, it was very busy but the service was quick and the food was outstanding, would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back again �

Was in this afternoon and have to say the food and service was excellent! Always very accommodating to special requests. Highly recommended!

Was in for lunch on Saturday with mum and dad in law and wee son and it was fantastic! Both food and staff were great �

Want to say a huge thankyou to Murphys. We had a fabulous day at Marykate christening. The function room looked amazing. The food was excellent, and staff were so helpful and friendly. Everyone had a ball. Band at end of night was great too.

Thanks to all the staff at Murphys today � first class service from start to finish and the food was outstanding �our family and friends throughly enjoyed our princesses day��x

Thanks to Michelle for her help and to the waiting staff for being so attentive and friendly. All 24 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we had a great night dancing and enjoying a few drinks after eating. Highly recommend a visit!

Murphy’s Bar was a great choice for our son’s Holy Communion meal, I would highly recommend it. The venue was fantastic, food was gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The kids had a ball on the bouncy castle and dancing to the disco music which meant the adults could relax and enjoy the afternoon too. Thanks to everyone involved!

Lovely meal in Murphys yesterday. The waitress was very friendly, the food was gorgeous and piping hot. Lovely & cosy. Only downside was Bartley roaring in the background and my friend had no clue who he was �, ignoring that bit, I cant wait for another meal in it �

The service my family and I receive time and time again is excellent, the staff and management are extremely friendly and can never do enough to ensure you enjoy each visit.

With special dietary requirements at times this is never an issue, the food is always extremely well presented, cooked just the way it should be and you are never left looking for more.

Murphys Bar and Restaurant is a credit to Downpatrick.

I was in Murphy's last night for my sons confirmation there was 13 of us and it was absolutely amazing the food was beauitful and the staff were very friendly highly recommended

Havent been to the place itself...but did meet the beautiful family when weekening in Belfast... have to say the craic was amazing... the family wonderful and if im ever in downpatrick..i wouldnt not call in and meet you all again xoxo

Had lunch here today it was absolutely fabulous, bar staff, waitresses and the cook what a meal he serves up - delicious. Had the squid starter followed by the Duck burger. Will definitely be back.

Had a beautiful family meal tonight for our son’s 12th birthday. Food and service was spectacular. Thanks to everyone.

Booked a table of 10 last minute! The food, the service and the cocktails were amazing! The courtesy call before hand to ask about high chairs was a really lovely touch! Thanks to michelle who looked after us! Will recommend and be back ��

Done the meal deal last nite for the cinema....food was amazing and great value for the meal and ticket...although i think a better system needs put in place for the cinema deal as we werent guaranteed there was going to be seats left in cinema by time we got there...mayb when meal is book with yourselves someone could book the cinema esp if its a popular new film as i couldnt do this without the reciept from yourselves.

They had a steak with bbq hicken strips when I asked the waitress if my son could have just the chicken strips we were told no as they came all together really don't think so. My son also ordered the hot chocolate fudge cake but when it came was stone cold had to send it back. Normally Murphy's is good to eat in but not yesterday.
