My first nando's experience , was surprised how good the food was , staff were good , waited couple of minutes for a table , was cool on a rather hot and humid evening

Love Nandos at Windsor! The chicken is always perfectly spiced, staff courteous and atmosphere lovely.

I love to come to this nandos with my family and friends. The restaurant had wonderful staff and the atmosphere is so positive. The staff are attentive and really emit the nandos values across their team. They accommodate big numbered families and always live up to the phrase "service with a smile". 10/10 would go to this nandos every time. Dinner and a beautiful view of Windsor castle.

I just want to say thank you so much to all the stuff in nandos windsor. esp. to the lady stuff who never left us until the ambulance came. my daughter is getting better.thank you so much again.

I haven't been to a Nando's for a while was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service and staff helpfulness. although I wasn't very happy with the speed of the meal for my friend there were three of us all of us ordered at the same time but his meal came about 20 minutes after so we had nearly eaten a meal by the time he started.

Great! Enjoyed the service, environment and most of all the food! Staff were friendly �

Great atmosphere, food was prepared in double quick time.... fresh and tasty.

Amazing friendly staff, super tasty food and a very reasonable price too! Love this place!

Always busy, always excellent food. We are regular customers for years and would highly recommend for a family with kids as well as couples.

Mid range / good value restaurant; popular therefore quite busy on a weekend evening but the staff seem attentive and well trained so service is still quick enough most of the time, and always polite. The menu has modern / interesting, whether or not you like the spicier food options. Nice ambience and sensible layout, so it’s quite efficient. I keep returning, both for sit-in and takeaway.

Food was delicious as always but the staff not quite happy about them, as i came with my kids and we had been toled to wait 20 minutes for a table, while there was a free table just behind him..i ask about that and he say he needs to talk to one of his colleagues about it but I already felt unwelcomed so I chose to order takeaway...not to mention that the food i wanted was not written in the takeaway menu so i had to ask if its possible to order it...

As with all nandos, food was excellent. However I found the service a bit sub standard. Nobody came to ask how our food was the entire meal and the staff all seemed really unenthusiastic about it. Apart from the two girls by the door chatting the whole time.

As always the good was excellent, however I was a little bit reserved when we first arrived as there were many tables that had been left dirty and at the time there were only 11 people eating, we were show to a table that was dirty and the you lady did clean it straight away

It just felt unkept and not to Nando's usual standards as we have experienced other times

my niece loves this place but yesterday we were a bit disappointed as she had the peri chips, there was way too much of this stuff on the chips, they were too spicy and too salty. Think the chef was a bit heavy handed this time

Went early for my 50th birthday meal, restaurant was fairly empty, not able to prebook, party of 7, staff had sat a small family at the largest table, odd, but the shorter young waiteress, who was very sweet, asked if they minded moving, which they did, was however NOT impressed with her colleague throwing the menus down on the table in a strop, no idea what her problem was, but absolutely no need for attitude. Otherwise food fab.
