Visited your store last Wednesday with my 3 year old daughter. Staff very friendly and food was gorgeous. Have to give staff member James a special mention and thank you.



When leaving he asked if all was ok and my daughter said the icecream (ie frozen yogurt) was rotten. It was chocolate flavour. James told us to wait a minute and went out the back. He came back with 3 different flavours and offered her one. He had absolutely no call to do such a kind act but did and put a big smile on her face so thank you �

This was my first visit to nandos and i was not disappointed. The staff were very attentive and pleasant and the food was top notch. It was very kid friendly.and even my picky 5 year old cleaned his plate and said it was yummy.

Loved the Nando experience considering this was my first time visiting the restaurant. Very friendly attentive staff made for a wonderful evening with good well cooked food. The ambience was second to none, looking forward to my return visit already. Worthy of my five star rating.

Loved our lunch today at Nandos Boucher Crescent. The staff and manager were lovely, attentive and kind. Food was spot on as usual. Absolutely loved one of the new sauces, was not available to buy by the bottle yet, the the manager got me some in a wee tub to take home. The little things go a long way. Thank you so much you guys ❤ See you soon 👍🏼

I was in nandos Boucher road 2 weeks ago and my son left his coat behind. The staff couldn't find it and today I called in to see if they had it, (and of course have a sneaky nandos) the manager couldn't have been more helpful he checked the cameras, called staff who had been working on the day it was left, but they couldn't find the coat. The manger was so nice and apologetic and he covered the cost of our meal today which I really was not expecting!! We thought the new school coat was a goner but the manager went himself and looked again and found it �� We really do appreciate your helpfulness and kindness!! It's so nice to actually be met by staff who care about their customers. Thanks again!!

I love my Nandos have eaten quite a few times in Boucher Road as it is easy parking etc on all occasions I have found the staff very pleasant and helpful . Good service never had to wait to long for my meal. I have also eaten in Victoria Square and Dublin Road both of which have been great but I find Boucher Road more convenient for parking etc .Will be back ASAP :)

Had the pleasure to eat on Sunday 13th august at 6:30 ... it was busy ... but the service was excellent.. we were approached at least 10 times to check that we were happy and the kids were satisfied..,food was fantastic and can't thank the staff enough

Was disappointed that they ran out of 🥕 carrot cake 😱 But great atmosphere and will definitely be back x

Had a lovely meal at nandos today, first time at nandos guy came pulled chair over sat with us explained how nandos worked, so nice and genuinely happy guy went up to pay to another lovely guy who took our order went away for a second came back and said it was a free meal thought some camera crew was going to come out of some where!. Lol the food was absolutely beautiful!!. Such genuinely happy helpful guys at nandos Boucher road!!. Thank you so so much!!!

Everyone knows Nando’s is the best place to eat but we also received absolutely fantastic customer service when visiting last night. The assistant manager went out of his way to make our visit superb. He spoke to and entertained our 4 month old as well as ourselves and was just a genuinely nice guy with exceptional customer service skills and a lovely manner. All the staff are lovely and always ensure we have an accessible seat and are just the right amount of friendly and attentive. Thanks so much

Been a loyal customer of Nando's since before it opened in Belfast. Visit all the restaurants frequently but have to say the latest in Boucher Crescent is the best at the moment.The fries always seem cooked better here. My half chicken was perfectly cooked last night and the orange wings special are fantastic. Me and my son like to call in if Linfield are playing at Windsor for lunch and love the wing roulette! Staff are always very friendly and couldn't do more to help.

Wow when I think I’ve just discovered Nando’s fairly recently..... lovely tasty chicken healthy eating choices and excellent friendly waiting staff everything you would expect from Portuguese cuisine ..... at home .

It’s not fancy it’s not gourmet but it will bring you back again and again in fact it’s pretty perfect . Downside ..... a lot of crying babies/toddlers but hey that’s life

Perhaps hairnets would be more appropriate to prevent this happening again to someone else .

We had ordered Piri Piri fries they brought us regular chips, when we pointed this out to the server he took them away and brought them back with the Piri Piri salt now on them, which seemed to be an immense hassle to him ? Not once during our meal did anyone come near us to ask was everything ok, only when we had finished and one of the waitresses who was clearing the table asked. Overall a totally underwhelming experience, not at all what I have come to expect from Nando's.

I love my Nandos have eaten quite a few times in Boucher Road as it is easy parking etc on all occasions I have found the staff very pleasant and helpful . Good service never had to wait to long for my meal. I have also eaten in Victoria Square and Dublin Road both of which have been great but I find Boucher Road more convenient for parking etc .Will be back ASAP :)

Had the pleasure to eat on Sunday 13th august at 6:30 ... it was busy ... but the service was excellent.. we were approached at least 10 times to check that we were happy and the kids were satisfied..,food was fantastic and can't thank the staff enough

Was disappointed that they ran out of 🥕 carrot cake 😱 But great atmosphere and will definitely be back x

Had a lovely meal at nandos today, first time at nandos guy came pulled chair over sat with us explained how nandos worked, so nice and genuinely happy guy went up to pay to another lovely guy who took our order went away for a second came back and said it was a free meal thought some camera crew was going to come out of some where!. Lol the food was absolutely beautiful!!. Such genuinely happy helpful guys at nandos Boucher road!!. Thank you so so much!!!

Great experience in Nandos on the Boucher road! Food was perfect and the staff were great, especially Michael and David who took great care of us throughout the time we were there. Will definitely be back!

Everyone knows Nando’s is the best place to eat but we also received absolutely fantastic customer service when visiting last night. The assistant manager went out of his way to make our visit superb. He spoke to and entertained our 4 month old as well as ourselves and was just a genuinely nice guy with exceptional customer service skills and a lovely manner. All the staff are lovely and always ensure we have an accessible seat and are just the right amount of friendly and attentive. Thanks so much

Been a loyal customer of Nando's since before it opened in Belfast. Visit all the restaurants frequently but have to say the latest in Boucher Crescent is the best at the moment.The fries always seem cooked better here. My half chicken was perfectly cooked last night and the orange wings special are fantastic. Me and my son like to call in if Linfield are playing at Windsor for lunch and love the wing roulette! Staff are always very friendly and couldn't do more to help.

Wow when I think I’ve just discovered Nando’s fairly recently..... lovely tasty chicken healthy eating choices and excellent friendly waiting staff everything you would expect from Portuguese cuisine ..... at home .

It’s not fancy it’s not gourmet but it will bring you back again and again in fact it’s pretty perfect . Downside ..... a lot of crying babies/toddlers but hey that’s life

Went to nandos today can't fault the staff they were really polite and helpful only thing is the portions are very small it was just alright but I would definitely not be in any rush to go back..

Was at Nando's Boucher road yesterday with my daughter for lunch and when she got her mash a long black hair was in the it . Right enough someone came and changed it . And offered us tea and coffee as way of apology. But I noticed a least 2 members of staff serving with long hair just tied back in a ponytail. Perhaps hairnets would be more appropriate to prevent this happening again to someone else .

Was in Nando's yesterday for Lunch, seated quickly as it wasn't very busy. Food came quickly I had the half chicken which was a very disappointing portion, and was just about luke warm. We had ordered Piri Piri fries they brought us regular chips, when we pointed this out to the server he took them away and brought them back with the Piri Piri salt now on them, which seemed to be an immense hassle to him ? Not once during our meal did anyone come near us to ask was everything ok, only when we had finished and one of the waitresses who was clearing the table asked. Overall a totally underwhelming experience, not at all what I have come to expect from Nando's.
