Took the kids they loved it great with the unlimited frozen yogurt and they're wee meals were great good value for kids definitely be back service was very good staff very pleasant explained everything when we went in all round good first visit keep it up

Tonight I had my 70th birthday meal with all the family, I cannot praise this place enough. The food was scrumptious and the service was second to none. The staff were very polite, hard working and great personalities , thank you all so much for making my birthday an evening to remember.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff who helped me out today on my first trip to Nandos - I have quite severe coeliac and I had several servers explain their menu, any potential allergens and also an entire book to tell me what I could order and what was completely safe! They were super fast with their service, the food was delicious & the place was spotless. I’ll definitely be returning with my entire family next time! It’s nice to have a restaurant properly cater for people with allergies - thank you Nandos Abbey Centre!

Just back from Nandos Abbey absolutely fantastic really busy but understand why when you get the food. Staff really chatty and friendly even the lad with the toothache think his name was Adam. no complaints from any of our family.

my veggie burger was nice however ordered kids meal - chicken pieces and asked for them "plain". They were marinaded with spices so my daughter wouldnt eat them i asked the manager was this the plain chicken and he was so disinterested. apparently they marinade everything his lack of customer service skills was a bt of a shock.

Went for dinner tonight & after being told there was a 20 minute wait for a table (despite at least 8 tables obviously empty) we got seated...well I lifted my own seat over from another table to make the table of 5 we'd requested, not 4 like we'd been given. Ordered our free half chicken from loyalty points to be told we couldn't redeem it...but no reason given for this. Then ordered rice, but they had none!

Food was great when it arrived...not that anyone cared as we were never asked.

Sat on for another hour after finishing our main course...it's as well nobody wanted dessert or coffee as we were never asked if we wanted to order anything.

Absolutely dreadful service....but like I said they don't seem to care as we're still waiting for any single member of staff to come near us!! Would have said to a manager before we left but none to be seen anywhere...seems like there's a running theme here!!

The young staff are very pleasant, helpful and polite, particularly the girl Alex who served us. The restaurant was very busy on Sunday evening so we expected to wait a bit longer than usual. We were seated in 10 mins but from ordering to delivery of our food was 25 mins. The chicken was very nice, the chips were a bit cool and there wasn't a big lot considering they were ordered as a 'large' side (on a previous occasion I'd got a massive portion, easily enough for two). They'd run out of brownies for dessert and that's really the only decent item on the sweets menu. All in all, the food was fine but I wouldn't rush back.

I love Nando's and was really excited for the new Abbey Centre restaurant. However when my friends and I visited we were unimpressed by the customer service. Our food came in staggered intervals to the point that one my friends had finished their meal before I even received mine. This would be excusable on a busy night but it was a Sunday at about 7.30 and the restaurant was pretty dead. Also when I finally got my meal the waiter threw it on the table without a word by way of apology/excuse, despite me having asked the whereabouts of my meal twice. Then when the time came for dessert the same thing happened and one of the group had to wait so long for their dessert that in the end she had to take it to go. Again the staff seemed completely unconcerned for the delay. The food was delicious as usual but I was just quite disappointed in the customer service, especially for a new restaurant, and think that improvements should be made to maintain Nando's excellent reputation.

Worst food had out in along time. Had a pita. It was meant to have cheese relish mayo and lettuce. I got mayo cucumber and a soggy leaf or lettuce. The corn on the cob was literally shrivelled and had not one piece of corn worthy of eating. Should have went to McDonald's. So so bad

Went here last week and got a hair in my burger, lucky enough i seen it sticking out before i took a bite. I then went up and told the girl at the cashier who offered me a new burger and didnt show no concern.

I’ve worked in hospitality now for over 15 years... I’m finding it hard to understand how a chain restaurant is incapable of training or employing staff that are at the very least adequate.



No above an beyond here, INFACT, upon my visit this evening even standard protocol was abandoned, no “have you been to Nando’s before”. INFACT the ignorant young man that showed us to our table walked away from us before the menus touched the table!



I’ve been here many times before, out of convenience. Plates never cleared, deserts never offered, when I say never, I literally mean in the maybe 8 times I’ve previously been, I’ve never been offered. It’s the last time I’ll be inconvenienced by visiting here out of convenience!



Perhaps because your situated in a food court you think the service you provide can reflect this?



I didn’t stay and I am currently sitting in Nando’s on Boucher road served by David. Spot on service, nothin fancy or over the top, just pleasant...



Maybe rotate staff trough out all establishments so they understand how important it is to provide adequate service.

Got to the car and realised a salad was missing. Went back and got this no problem, only to get home to find what was supposed to be a double burger was only a single. We wouldn't usually go to this Nando's but have never had any issues with any of other branches in Belfast will go to them next time

Got a takeaway which was cold - I have complained about it via feedback but like my experience when I collected the food there is complete indifference. Go somewhere else.

Couldn't get served for for 20 minutes advised not to order the Chicken on the bone as it was going to take 50 minutes. 1 star was too good ! Let my feet and wallet do the walking and the talking ! Avoid

Awful went to Nando’s for 1st ever time waiting staff lovely got a big black hair in food quietly said to young girl waiting tables to then look over at a female chef bang my plate with new food really angrily and staring at us constant who in face had thick black hair herself will never be back wouldn’t recommend to anyone

No above an beyond here, INFACT, upon my visit this evening even standard protocol was abandoned, no “have you been to Nando’s before”. INFACT the ignorant young man that showed us to our table walked away from us before the menus touched the table!



I’ve been here many times before, out of convenience. Plates never cleared, deserts never offered, when I say never, I literally mean in the maybe 8 times I’ve previously been, I’ve never been offered. It’s the last time I’ll be inconvenienced by visiting here out of convenience!



Perhaps because your situated in a food court you think the service you provide can reflect this?



I didn’t stay and I am currently sitting in Nando’s on Boucher road served by David. Spot on service, nothin fancy or over the top, just pleasant...



Maybe rotate staff trough out all establishments so they understand how important it is to provide adequate service.

Poor service tonight. Restaurant wasn't overly busy but still had to wait 25 mins on a takeaway, whilst others who had came in behind had already been served at their tables. Got to the car and realised a salad was missing. Went back and got this no problem, only to get home to find what was supposed to be a double burger was only a single. We wouldn't usually go to this Nando's but have never had any issues with any of other branches in Belfast will go to them next time

Got a takeaway which was cold - I have complained about it via feedback but like my experience when I collected the food there is complete indifference. Go somewhere else.

Couldn't get served for for 20 minutes advised not to order the Chicken on the bone as it was going to take 50 minutes. 1 star was too good ! Let my feet and wallet do the walking and the talking ! Avoid

Awful went to Nando’s for 1st ever time waiting staff lovely got a big black hair in food quietly said to young girl waiting tables to then look over at a female chef bang my plate with new food really angrily and staring at us constant who in face had thick black hair herself will never be back wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Took the kids they loved it great with the unlimited frozen yogurt and they're wee meals were great good value for kids definitely be back service was very good staff very pleasant explained everything when we went in all round good first visit keep it up

Tonight I had my 70th birthday meal with all the family, I cannot praise this place enough. The food was scrumptious and the service was second to none. The staff were very polite, hard working and great personalities , thank you all so much for making my birthday an evening to remember.

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff who helped me out today on my first trip to Nandos - I have quite severe coeliac and I had several servers explain their menu, any potential allergens and also an entire book to tell me what I could order and what was completely safe! They were super fast with their service, the food was delicious & the place was spotless. I’ll definitely be returning with my entire family next time! It’s nice to have a restaurant properly cater for people with allergies - thank you Nandos Abbey Centre!

Just back from Nandos Abbey absolutely fantastic really busy but understand why when you get the food. Staff really chatty and friendly even the lad with the toothache think his name was Adam. no complaints from any of our family.

Fantastic food and service. The restaurant was very busy but we got seated straight away. We didn't have to wait long for our grub but I found it slightly expensive. Overall, a good experience and nice, friendly staff

my veggie burger was nice however ordered kids meal - chicken pieces and asked for them "plain". They were marinaded with spices so my daughter wouldnt eat them i asked the manager was this the plain chicken and he was so disinterested. apparently they marinade everything his lack of customer service skills was a bt of a shock.

Went for dinner tonight & after being told there was a 20 minute wait for a table (despite at least 8 tables obviously empty) we got seated...well I lifted my own seat over from another table to make the table of 5 we'd requested, not 4 like we'd been given. Ordered our free half chicken from loyalty points to be told we couldn't redeem it...but no reason given for this. Then ordered rice, but they had none!

Food was great when it arrived...not that anyone cared as we were never asked.

Sat on for another hour after finishing our main course...it's as well nobody wanted dessert or coffee as we were never asked if we wanted to order anything.

Absolutely dreadful service....but like I said they don't seem to care as we're still waiting for any single member of staff to come near us!! Would have said to a manager before we left but none to be seen anywhere...seems like there's a running theme here!!

Usually love Nandos but afraid it'll take a lot for me to go back to this one!

The young staff are very pleasant, helpful and polite, particularly the girl Alex who served us. The restaurant was very busy on Sunday evening so we expected to wait a bit longer than usual. We were seated in 10 mins but from ordering to delivery of our food was 25 mins. The chicken was very nice, the chips were a bit cool and there wasn't a big lot considering they were ordered as a 'large' side (on a previous occasion I'd got a massive portion, easily enough for two). They'd run out of brownies for dessert and that's really the only decent item on the sweets menu. All in all, the food was fine but I wouldn't rush back.

I love Nando's and was really excited for the new Abbey Centre restaurant. However when my friends and I visited we were unimpressed by the customer service. Our food came in staggered intervals to the point that one my friends had finished their meal before I even received mine. This would be excusable on a busy night but it was a Sunday at about 7.30 and the restaurant was pretty dead. Also when I finally got my meal the waiter threw it on the table without a word by way of apology/excuse, despite me having asked the whereabouts of my meal twice. Then when the time came for dessert the same thing happened and one of the group had to wait so long for their dessert that in the end she had to take it to go. Again the staff seemed completely unconcerned for the delay. The food was delicious as usual but I was just quite disappointed in the customer service, especially for a new restaurant, and think that improvements should be made to maintain Nando's excellent reputation.

Worst food had out in along time. Had a pita. It was meant to have cheese relish mayo and lettuce. I got mayo cucumber and a soggy leaf or lettuce. The corn on the cob was literally shrivelled and had not one piece of corn worthy of eating. Should have went to McDonald's. So so bad

Went here last week and got a hair in my burger, lucky enough i seen it sticking out before i took a bite. I then went up and told the girl at the cashier who offered me a new burger and didnt show no concern.

I’ve worked in hospitality now for over 15 years... I’m finding it hard to understand how a chain restaurant is incapable of training or employing staff that are at the very least adequate.
