CANCELLATION POLICY. This applies for appointments lasting longer than one hour, if I am not made aware 48 hours beforehand this will result in loss of deposit, if the cancellation is the day of said appointment unfortunately I will have to charge half the appointment costs if a deposit was not initially paid. Obviously given circumstances this may not apply, either way I fully appreciate being made aware even if it’s 5 minutes before your allocated slot.
If for any reason a...n appointment needs changed or swapped over once a deposit has been paid aslong as I am made aware in the above time frame the deposit can be carried over. (Again depending on given circumstances) Deposits are non refundable so please try to make your appointments.
I hate to have to do this but due to a few no shows and late cancellations I have no other choice especially at this busy time of year, Sorry for any inconvenience caused ♥️
