New Found Joy is a new venture which takes on board the gaps in the current coeliac /gluten free market, to produce a range of delectable gluten free bakery products containing cakes, tray bakes and delights.
We are based in Lurgan and have our own coffee shop which contains these products – Cafe Alana in Alana Interiors.
For years a gluten free diet was a niche market for those with health issues however, this isn’t the case as many are turning to the gluten free diet as a lifestyle choice as they claim to feel better and less tired.
Not only are our products are hand made by experienced bakers who are passionate about the gluten free market and use the best produce available to bring the customers quality products, but we are able to declare our products are 100% gluten free due to our segregated gluten free bakery.
