Love love love getting my nails done with these girls. Such a friendly bunch and always so accommodating with appointments. Nails always last a full 3 weeks before I get them Infilled. I Wouldn’t go to anyone else now and that’s coming from someone who hasn’t returned a second time to ANY salon for nails!! Highly recommend ��

I come here every 3 weeks to get my nails done with Edel - was in last night and as usual I love my nails!!

Had my nails done twice now by Edel and loved them! Acrylics lasted me 3 weeks and she gets them very neat. Very friendly, planning the next set already.

Had my nails done before Xmas and had a few issues with nails popping off. The owner was lovely and offered me a new set which I had done two weeks ago, lovely shape, no issues. Very pleased with the customer service.

Overcharged for set of nails. Nails came off within the week, a charge was given for them to be fixed. Staff were lovely, however service was very very poor.

poor customer sevice booked an appointment threw facebook arrived over to be told i should have paid deposit no staff to take me !! shop was empty i wonder why !!

Unfortunately, after 8 years of custom, I'm sorry to say I won't be back. The 'salon' completely lacks atmosphere and is very cheaply furnished. When you pay very high prices you expect the whole package. Toni was the only technician I was happy to book with and I only went to NYC as she was so professional. You have lost a very valuable asset now she has gone. I paid the same price in Radiance Day Spa today and wow, what a salon! You couldn't even compare!! So much more welcoming. I'm sorry to leave this review but I feel you need the feedback. If people are looking the quality of experience you would expect from an establishment on the Lisburn Road then I wouldn't recommend NYC.

Totally disgusted in customer service. Had to cancel an appointment due to a family funeral and wasn't offered a new booking with my already paid deposit. Will not be using this salon again or recommending it to anybody!

I got acrylic nail infills, 4 came off within 4 days and most of the other nails where half coming off. Said it wasn't their issue as they didn't put the nails on first, even tho they put 2 new nails on and they where the first to come off. Not happy with the service, I paid £30 and expected them to last longer than half a week.
