Today I had the pleasure of receiving my afternoon tea treat for Mother's Day from Newell Stores. The girls came to my home and set everything up beautifully and served up delicious food from the Deli for myself and 5 guests. The treat was fabulous and to top it off I didn't have to do the dishes the girls did all that with such friendliness which made the treat so worth while, I can't Thank the girls and Newell enough for this fantastic day.� I highly recommend Newell Stores as somewhere you will definitely find great food and great customer service. ������

Love the store have a good quality of food and drinks lovely hot food and a good selection always nice and fresh most of the day staff are very friendly but I find the part time staff in the evening are the most popular with the customers

Love going to Newells store before they came to Coalisland I went to the one in Dungannon lovely staff as well

Just wanted to send a message of thanks to the manager in coalisland store this evening he was so kind and helpful to us and also the lovely lady that gave me a packet of wipes .

My son managed to vomit all over himself me and the whole back seat of my husbands car 🤤😷🤢 in your car park . Of course now he is feeling great and singing at the top of his voice to him self in his bed 🙃any way thanks very much ...helpful kind staff love this store .

I have been shopping in Newell Store in Dungannon since it opened its doors and I just want to say the staff are the nicest most friendly helpful people in particular the girls on the checkout espicially Lynn ,Danielle,Patsy, Dorothy and Bernie They always have a kind and cheerful word and treat each customer with such great respect A Big thank you to you all xx

I bought a Christmas pudding in Dungannon Newell Stores., I have to say that it was the tastiest most delicious one I have tasted in years. Thank you Newell Stores for making my Christmas.

Very handy store but multiple times I’ve bought meat (steaks, chicken, pork) and went to cook it a day before it’s date or sometimes on its date, to find it well and truly off. Whoever is labelling and dating these items needs to do it better because it’s far from accurate.

The meat has always been great, however after buying my sirloins in the coalisland store, I realised the usual superior sauces could not be found in the shop! Was disappointed this week, hopefully a one of thing and the sauces will return! :)

When in Newell Stores Coalisland this morning picking up something tasty for my breakfast, I witnessed behaviour from a manager called Sean that was so unacceptable towards a staff member. He was shouting at the women behind the hot food counter “MY WIFE COULD HAVE MADE THAT QUICKER” “DO I HAVE TO PUT IN AN ORDER TODAY FOR IT TO BE READY FOR TOMORROW?” No member of staff should have to take that from anyone never mind a manager within the store, there was also another staff member of Newell Stores standing beside him laughing at him while he was shouting this at the employee! If it was any member of my family working there I would hope they wouldn’t endure these manners!
