Once again our kubz shinning like stars. Grainne got a kool 4 skool award for swimming, Dylan got a kool for skool award for being star of the week, Sophie got an award for spelling and a class award for great effort and attitude.

TAEKWON-DO TRAINING SECRETS
1) To study the theory of power thoroughly.
2) To understand the purpose and method of each movement clearly.
... 3) To bring the action of eyes, hands, feet and breath into one single coordinated action.
4) To choose the appropriate attacking tool for each vital spot.
5) To become familiar with the correct angle and distance for attack and defence.
6) Keep both the arms and legs bent slightly while movement is in motion.
7) All movements must begin with a backward motion with very few exceptions. However, once the movement is in motion it should not be stopped before reaching the target.
8 ) To create a sine wave during the movement by utilizing the knee spring properly.
9) To exhale briefly at the moment of each blow excepting a connecting motion.

Superb Taekwon Do training and instruction from Mr Kidd who is an active, inspirational and supremely dedicated martial arts expert. Catering for all ages and abilities, my 3year old Ted attended his first TKD Kubz class today and cannot wait for his next.

My 10 yr old daughter absolutely loves her tae kwon do classes... amazing instructors and her fitness levels have increased dramatically. She enjoys each and every minute of her training... wud highly recommend newry ACE taekwon-do

Mr Kidd runs an excellent school of Taekwondo. I can not recommend it highly enough. Mr Kidd has a wonderful way of teaching children as young as 4 years old right through to adults. If you want a Taekwondo school that teaches the correct martial art, this is the school to attend. You will be assured of a warm welcome as well as some expert knowledge and teaching.

I can't say enough good things about this school. I started my kids here in October 2015 and by January 2016, I had joined also. This was all down to the infectious nature of Mr. Kidd and Ash and the passion they have for their art. I was hooked and three months later my wife started coming along too.



It is hard to describe how much like a family the entire school feels. Everyone is welcoming and supportive and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a challenge. Anyone that wants to learn a martial art. Anyone that wants to keep fit.



The best around by a long shot, you will get traditional teaching where the instructor will give you an environment in which your body and mind will thrive!
