Leading psychologist and author Christiane Sanderson will be delivering a special training session at the Dunsilly Hotel On Thursday 25th October from 9.00am to 4.00pm. The session, organised by Nexus, will introduce cutting edge research in neuroscience of how trauma shapes the brain and how this impacts on the psychological and physical well being of survivors. I honestly don't know were id be without your service I may have only started but already I understand an accept that the blame is most definitely not mine an I was right even at my most vulnerable stage in life. Blocking things away does not work talking seeking help is best therapy I've ever known. For once I don't wear a fake mask in public an I cannot hence my appreciation long may it continue an although am at the start of my journey to recovery with use I truly believe it's the one thing that's held me back so much in life an I can finally see a future without masks an faking happiness. X
